“excellent service”
The hotel atmosphere is comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff welcomed us in a friendly manner, when we wanted to change towels the hotel staff followed up quickly. The location of the hotel is quite hidden but that will not stop us from coming back.

“Hotel room let down.”
Arrived at Ashoka after a long trip from the UK for our honeymoon having been advised to stay here from a travel agent who recently visited. First impressions of the hotel was nice beautiful pools and great location for people who want to be close to ubud but not in the centre of the busy town cent… more

“Not satisfactory experience”
Although our stay was very short, we requested for dinner in place of breakfast as we were to checkout at 3 am. We were assured good packed breakfast at 3 am. The packets were given but not as promised and listed at the Reception. The breakfast was incomplete
