Our stay at this hotel was absolutely excellent! The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with daily housekeeping keeping everything spotless. The staff was exceptional – friendly, helpful, and always professional, making us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh dishes, fruit, pastries, and hot options. The hotel surroundings were beautiful and perfectly kept, full of greenery and flowers. The beach was quiet and peaceful, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to relax. Overall, an outstanding experience – the perfect place to rest, recharge, and enjoy a relaxing holiday. We will definitely come back!

“Throughly relaxing”

The resort is super lovely. The gardens are very well kept. Bit of a trek to get from my room but I'm sure you could order a golf cart if walking too much. The resort is super lovely. The gardens are very well kept. Bit of a trek to get from my room but I'm sure you could order a golf cart if walking too much. One of the restaurants closed during my visit which I wasn't aware of prior. The other restaurant super expensive-we ate locally due to that. The breakfast was amazing though-I could have stayed for hours ;-) The venue is hired out at times which caused my friends disturbed sleep-not ideal at all

The resort has good potential but needs significant improvement. First of all, let's start with the positive aspects. - The resort is surrounded by nature, with amazing views from the swimming pool and restaurant of the nearby area, including the Chia Tower. - The resort itself is full of flowers, trees, and bushes that are very well curated and maintained by the staff. Also, the room and most common areas were kept very clean. - Some of the staff are professional and competent, making your stay a pleasant experience. I really enjoyed my yoga sessions with Daniela, who is very kind, trained, and experienced. She has a soothing voice, which made the sessions even more enjoyable. I had the pleasure of chatting with her, and she is a very nice person. Only shame is that we couldn't do yoga on the beach or at sunrise/sunset, would have loved that. - The restaurant staff, most of all Khadim, Eugenia, and Martina, are super friendly. Since I was by myself, I really enjoyed how they took great care of me, chatting with me, and keeping me company. Khadim remembered my name from day 1, and was very detail-oriented. - The breakfast buffet was ok. - The beach was a 5-minute walk from the resort, which was nice to do after breakfast. The beach loungers were the most comfortable I have ever had in any place I have been! Maybe even more than the bed in my room! - Right next to the Hotel's beach, there was a magnificent sandy beach, just a 5-minutes walk from it (hotel's beach has stones, not sand). Now the negative aspects. - My room, although big and with a big balcony, was extremely old, with some chipped furniture and bare. Nothing was giving it a bit of detail or life. Since I was alone and only for a few nights, I didn't bother asking to change it, but I would have under different circumstances. I talked to some other couples staying there, and some of them asked to change rooms for the same reason. - The water in the rooms was not included in the price (apart from 1 small bottle on arrival day), and given that the tap water is not drinkable, I found it a bit cheap in a 4-star hotel. There wasn't a price list in the room, so I assumed it was included. After mentioning this at the checkout, they said the price list was online, and if you scanned the QR code, you could find it. They did decide to remove the bottles from my check at the end of the stay. - The dinner buffet was underwhelming. The cold appetisers were ok, but the warm dishes were often undercooked, and those kept warm on the dedicated plates were, in fact, not warm. It was also quite repetitive. Little to no vegan options, limited vegetarian options. They also often did not make sure everything was marked correctly on the buffet, making it hard to understand what you were, in fact, eating. - I asked a few questions to both the reception staff and the guest relations responsible and they gave me different/incorrect answers to the same question. Me being a relatively fit, young person, I asked how to reach a nearby beach on foot, they said it was impossible/too far away and suggested I rent a car/bike or book a private transfer (70€ for both ways!). When I insisted that I am able to walk the 3 km it would take, they insisted it is not possible. From the information on their QR code, I saw that they mentioned the exact hike/walk I wanted to do, noting it would take around 50 minutes. So why would they not recommend it? I understand they want to sell you something, but I was disappointed because I was clearly interested in walking there. Since that was clearly the intention, I did not ask them for any further assistance. Instead, I talked to the kiosk owner on the beach, a very nice local lady who explained how to reach the beach. Overall, I would probably not recommend spending, if at all, more than a few days there, and for sure not with dinner included, given that is was not really cheap!

Booked this 4* hotel for a relaxing time - as advertised on their website. It is day 4 of our holiday and on 2 nights we had loud music from a wedding and a party, both held around the pool area. Not great to say the least. On top of that, of the two resort restaurants, one is closed. This is also true for the two bars in the resort of which only one is open. It is highly overpriced and badly stocked. Food is average at best, selection limited. We specifically did not book half board, as we wanted to enjoy the highly recommended a la carte restaurant. As this is closed we are left with the buffet restaurant at 50 Euro per person excl. drinks. A crazy price for a holiday hotel! Especially as we could have had this cheaper, had we booked it with our room. But we didn't know as none of this is stated on the hotel website, you only find out when you get here. A real shame as the hotel has potential. The garden and pool are nice and the beach close-by. As it stands, it is highly overpriced and does not deliver what it promises. I have sent an email to complain to Radisson on day 2 of our stay - no reply so far...
