“Spectacular Views from room”
Very smart, well run place. Breakfast is slightly limited but all delicious. 15 min walk to Ortigia and the main tourist area, restaurants, etc. The balcony at the rear of the room overlooking the bay is a very nice addition. It's worth a stay!

“Has potential but disappointed.”
We stayed in one of the suites for 3 nts. I loved the view and it was spacious. The outdoor area had 3 chairs and a table and also a small hot tub. Upon checking in, the AC didn’t work.
