“Home Away from Home!!!”

I stayed at the Beverly Park for 11 months while working on a project in Italy. The entire staff was fantastic! They went out of their way to make sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. I stayed at the Beverly Park for 11 months while working on a project in Italy. The entire staff was fantastic! They went out of their way to make sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The rooms were large and clean...and any issues were addressed and corrected as quickly as they could be. Lara and Michela were great helps when giving suggestions for places to eat, shop or sightseeing...even helping to find a local doctor that spoke English for one of our team members. I highly recommend staying there if you are looking for a "Home Away from Home"

The apartments at Beverly Park Residence are in a very convenient location, close to restaurants and bars and just a short walk to the bus stop, which made getting around easy. Reception staff are friendly and welcoming. The apartment was a decent size, quite basic but clean, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. There was a TV, pull out sofa, and dining table, as well as plenty of storage for clothes and personal items. There was a small balcony, which had a rail to hang washing rather than any table or chairs, so it wasn’t usable as somewhere to sit and relax. No mosquito screens on the windows! Extra charge for air con! The bathroom was a decent size; however, the shower had no shelf for toiletries, the water temperature was very erratic, and it was hard to find a temperature between freezing and one that would scald your skin. The doors on the shower also did not meet each other, which meant the bathroom floor would end up drenched. Towels were provided, but these were not changed during our five-night stay. The kitchen was functional and had everything you would need. Guests are required to leave it completely clean before checking out. Guests are also required to take out rubbish at the end of their stay. This would be fine if the rubbish area was on the property somewhere, but it is not. It’s a 10-minute walk in the opposite direction to the bars, restaurants etc.. Overall, the apartment was fine for a short visit if you just need a clean and comfortable place in a good location.

“Nice apartments”

Lovely Aparments, had a couple of issues but rectified very quickly. We went in the summer so was very hot but the air conditioning wasn't working well. Lovely Aparments, had a couple of issues but rectified very quickly. We went in the summer so was very hot but the air conditioning wasn't working well. The apartment was big and the pool was dirty sometimes. Stayed at the block with the pool a short walk away from the reception in the newer building. The beach was a short walk away where you had to pay for for most of the space but we just stayed for an hour everyday with our beach mat right at the front so didn’t pay for beds or umbrella as they expensive. Not many pans to cook with and no kettle which was really missed but we heated water in a pan but it got very hot when the electric cooker was on as the air con didn’t work very well.
