“Gem of a boutique hotel on Isla Mujeres”
We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Na Balam. It's clean and quiet and has a great breakfast. The location is perfect or Playa Norte. We'll be returning!

The best experience available, but the food could allow for more options like some oatmeal and fruit offered with the room.

“Perfectly quiet with breathtaking pool and yoga 3x daily”
The quietest, most beautiful hotel. It is basic amenities and no restaurant (you go to the Jaguar for the free breakfast) and they are very protective of the towels but the pool area is breathtaking and the included beach club beds are just what you need.

“Great location!”
The staff was very friendly and let us check in early. The pool is cool and shaded. The free breakfast across the street was absolutely delicious! The beach is only steps away, I would’ve given it a 5 but the beds are hard as a rock 😔 only thing I would change. Just don’t forget your bug spray.

Lush jungle vibes with a pool area that feels like a tropical escape. It’s truly a gorgeous place to relax and enjoy the scenery. However, the air conditioning left a lot to be desired.
