“Excellent hotel”
I actually didn't stay a the hotel , as I became sick and ask them for the cancellation. They gave me full refund, though it was las t minute cancellation. This is the indication that they are very good.

“Nice staff, pros and cons”
I enjoyed the interaction with staff, smiling and kind people, all three who were at the reception when I was there. The room was simple, and most important, clean. “Comfortable Stay”
We stayed at Ruta Maya during our 4 night stay in Tulum. Located in Downtown Tulum, it's a few minutes from the ADO bus station and very near lots of cafes, restaurants, tour agencies and bike rentals. “A hotel with good potential”
We stayed here for 5 nights and had a basic room, double bed with aircon. The aircon worked fine and the room was small but enough. A small window to the outside and a bigger facing the hall outside.
