“Relaxing stay right on the beach”

“Lovely traditional hotel with friendly attentive staff”
It is not a state of the art modern hotel but it is exceptionally clean, family run hotel with lovely helpful staff and that means more. Exceptional location and all rooms have a sea view. This is our third stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to come again.

“Reasonable choice for Salema”
Decent hotel, small room, and not many amenities, but good value. Salema is a nice beach town (though the ocean water is too cold to swim!). We enjoyed the proximity to Fort Sagres and walking on the beach.

“Nice beach place!”
Nothing fancy but it’s a nice little beach getaway. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean. “Very close to the beach, quiet at night”
Very close to the beach and to cafes, restaurants yet quiet. The road noise one floor up seems to be from cars on the cobbled street rather than the cars themselves and the cars are infrequent. Clean rooms, just a bit tired/dated, with tiny balcony. Simple breakfast, easy check in. The bar is close… more
