The hotels a little tired and the reception Has seen better days . Although the rooms are pretty good with good WiFi, it's cleaned every day and the staff are very pleasant. The pool area is well kept and clean with drinks and food available most the day . The alcoholic drinks are pretty hit or miss there either weak or like paint stripper but the beers good . The beach is a short mini bus away and the pool area and buffet there is good but the toilets are horrendous and stink don't expect much from the beach area it's pretty rough and neglected ,the sunbeds are a killer and murder your back . The restaurant food is pretty bland and repetitive but you get by . A lack of meat and fish unless it's stewed so stock up at breakfast and you'll be ok . Can't fault the staff they all work hard but the hotel is 3 star at best

I can quite honestly say I regret trusting the Love Holidays rating of 5 stars (mistake #1) Warning this review has comical aspects because at this point if I don’t laugh I’ll cry! Rooms and sleep We had a standard room with a sea view ( view of the town and in the distance there is a beach). The room was decent—spacious enough for two, 3 single beds 2 pushed together and a single blocking the patio doors. We had one large suitcase and two carry-ons and managed fine, but with any more luggage or people/children, you'd definitely start to feel cramped. Now, about the PAPER THIN WALLS -yes you read correctly, all caps—that’s just how loudly we could hear everything. From whispered TV dialogue next door to full-blown 2 a.m. patio drama, it felt like we were part of everyone’s holiday... whether we wanted to be or not. On the bright side, if you’re into live soap operas featuring drunk arguments and questionable relationship decisions, this place has surround sound. Screaming matches echoing from the reception patio, fire doors slamming like it’s a demolition derby, and did I mention someone throwing their balcony furniture at the drunks below… and the police being called… need I say more! Labeling this as ‘family friendly’ while offering a 24-hour bar is like calling a nightclub a daycare — wildly misleading unless your idea of family fun includes tequila-fueled brawls at 3 a.m. The '24-hour open bar' really needs a closing time... or at least a warning label. This isn’t a relaxing five-star resort — it’s more ‘Benidorm Unleashed.’ I’ve stayed at other 5 star resorts, and most have the good sense to stop pouring drinks by midnight. Here? It's a round-the-clock booze-fueled Olympics, if you’re fine with vodka, gin and whiskey but any cocktail other than their premixed sex on the beach then you’re in for a hefty surcharge. Food If you enjoy your meals served with a side of existential dread and a mild case of food poisoning roulette, then Ramada is the culinary destination for you! We'd read the reviews before flying and decided to play it safe by avoiding the “salad bar” — a 24/7 buffet of boldly unrefrigerated vegetables, stirred periodically by staff members with the enthusiasm of someone mixing cement. If you're vegan or vegetarian, your options are limited to cold chips or whatever courage you can summon from the depths of your gut. We, thankfully, eat meat — though the daily boiled chicken and mystery veg combo tested that boundary. It was there at breakfast, lunch, dinner… and I suspect it's been there since the Ottoman Empire. Could it be a traditional Turkish breakfast item? Or just something that was last reheated during the Bronze Age? Who’s to say! The plot thickens when you spot last night’s "beef and vegetables" reappearing at breakfast, cozied up next to your eggs and beans like it belongs. Spoiler: it doesn’t. Now, the pool bar food — bless its beige heart — was actually edible. Chicken nuggets, onion rings, chips... basically a child's dream and a nutritionist’s nightmare. But at least it was hot, fresh, and not emotionally scarring. In summary, if you’re into regional cuisine, you're going to be disappointed. Pools The pools? So cold, colder than your ex’s heart. I briefly believed I’d time-traveled to a Finnish spa. You could cool down in them… but not without losing feeling in your toes. Ideal if you're training for a polar bear plunge, less so if you're traveling with babies or toddlers. Sunbathing by the pool is also a challenge, thanks to the ominous tarp-like structure looming overhead. I think it was originally white, but it's now a shade I can only describe as “weathered dishcloth.” And then there were the flies. So. Many. Flies. It's like they threw a BBQ for every winged insect in Turkey. I expect a few, sure — but by the pool, in 24-degree weather, while you're trying to relax? Nope. It felt like being in an all-you-can-eat buffet — but you’re the buffet. Now for the “beach pool,” lovingly referred to by my husband as “the car park.” It’s a solid 10-minute bus ride away from the actual hotel, which, fun fact, is an uphill 1km walk back to the hotel… luckily there is a shuttle coming every 20 minutes — though shoutout to the shuttle driver, who was the happiest person we met the entire week. At the beach area, you get the same food and drinks, the same cold pool. The beach had plastic sun loungers that scream “Instagram dreams”, but the sea was a nice change from the cold plunges. Staff Nothings spectacular to say, it was the end of the season. They all seemed not bothered, more bothered about us interrupting them from whatever was on their phones. If I’m honest half the time we couldn’t tell who were staff and who were guests because they hardly wore a uniform or wore hoodies and jackets over their uniform. For the finale- on our last day we had our transfer after 6 pm we checked out at 11 am and weren’t given any other info about late check out or holding a room to shower in so we put our luggage in the holding room and laid by the pool all day and decided to use the pool showers within the toilets, that we had never ventured too (mistake #2). As I went to go and shower I found that the room was covered in dead flies and mosquitoes on the walls, debris covering the floor from an opening between the door and wall. The kicker the door didn’t shut. So I, thankfully in hindsight, showered with my bikini on. As I turned around to the slightly ajar door I found a man of whom I don’t know if they were a staffer or a customer ( because he was wearing normal clothing like all the staff were) stood behind me . When he realised I saw him he scurried away. To note the women’s showers were at the back of the women’s toilets so it wasn’t a passerby moment. I have left pictures of the shower. If you’ve made it this far, congratulations- your attention span deserves a complete standing ovation. I hope our interesting ( for a lack of better word) experience will allow you to make an informed decision on your next holiday destination.
