“Management issue”
Modern hotel close to the airport. We arrived during a regional power shortage and had no working air con which meant the rooms were unbearable. We were told by management on the first night that no rooms in the hotel had air con, and we should be thankful we had electricity as others in the area d… more

“Very small TV sizes”
The TVs in the rooms are very small and outdated and almost the size of my office PC. Watching TV is a nightmare for the price we pay. Please urgently get new TVs in all the rooms

“No basic amenities”
No bottled water in the rooms -you are expected to drink tap water or buy water for your room. At least provide 1 bottle!?
