Our stay at your lodge was truly exceptional and unforgettable for both me and my family. I greatly appreciate the high level of professionalism and care you provide to your guests. In particular, I admire your concept of maintaining an intimate capacity, which makes the entire safari experience authentic, peaceful, and highly personalized. It is clear that every detail—from the organization of the safari to the daily service—is thoughtfully executed to perfection. I would also like to highlight the outstanding work of your entire team—from the kitchen staff and housekeeping to reception and overall guest coordination. Every team member contributes to making guests feel genuinely welcomed and valued. A special thank you goes to two remarkable members of your team—our guide Julien and tracker Rodney. Julien was exceptionally professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He always took the time to explain everything in detail—from animal behavior to plants and birdlife—and we learned so much throughout our stay. Thanks to his expertise, we always had the best possible positioning for observing, photographing, and filming wildlife. I would also like to commend tracker Rodney, whose contribution was invaluable. His skills, attitude, and seamless cooperation with Julien created a perfectly synchronized team that delivered a truly unique safari experience. Both are true professionals in their field and deserve the highest recognition. If it were possible, I would gladly give them a rating of 10 out of 10. I also greatly appreciated the approach of the hotel management, who checked on us daily and showed genuine care and attention to every guest. Once again, thank you all for an exceptional stay. We truly loved every minute of our stay. The game drives, food, service, luxury accommodation everything was out of this world. Richmond was so attentive and always had a big smile on his face. Oh to do it all again! You won’t regret booking this amazing lodge.

We didn’t actually see a goat on safari—but if there were any, our guide and tracker would’ve found them. They were the true GOATs of this experience. Our stay at Simbavati Waterside was incredible from start to finish. The game drives were the highlight—four drives, all different, all exciting. Our guide and tracker brought amazing knowledge, great instincts, and genuine enthusiasm. Every time we kicked into “jaguar mode” chasing a promising sighting, you could feel the excitement. It was also fascinating to watch how the guides all communicated with each other to make sure every guest had the best possible experience. Huge shoutout to Julian (guide) and Allan (tracker). These two were outstanding—professional, fun, and completely dialed in to finding incredible sightings while making the experience enjoyable every step of the way. Suzy, our butler, was next-level. She anticipated everything before we even asked and made the stay feel effortless and elevated. We also really appreciated Colin, the manager, who checked in often and clearly cares about every guest’s experience. There were so many other wonderful staff members—we wish we could name them all. The lodge itself is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable with great views, and the food was consistently excellent. Every detail felt thoughtful without ever feeling overdone. Bottom line: an unforgettable safari with an exceptional team—if this is the standard, we’re officially spoiled.
