Nice hotel, good location, the food was good, but it could be some improvements (sometimes we need to wait to have eggs or grilled meat). The pool area was fantastic. The bar and services were great. The entertainment team was fantastic. From Gonçalo and José to the ladies the entire team. Their friendliness and good spirits were contagious. They made our stay a lot of fun and made us feel very welcome.

“Lovely hotel, very few Brits”

Came here for two weeks on half board. Although we’d not upgraded from a basic double we were given a one bedroom apartment on the top floor. We faced west and great views over the marshes. Came here for two weeks on half board. Although we’d not upgraded from a basic double we were given a one bedroom apartment on the top floor. We faced west and great views over the marshes. Hotel very smart and food good, very noisy restaurant with a lot of loud Spanish family groups . Pool area lovely, beds cordoned off until 10 am!! Supermarkets near and beach wonderful. Heard very little English spoken. Area very quiet, few eateries at Marina and, warning everything stops for siesta including buses!

“OK but certainly not worth the Money we paid.”

There was meant to be a kettle in the Room, we had to request this & I was told that our room category did not get a kettle, 20 mins later reception phoned to say they found a kettle, well let's just say the kettle had inches of rust/corrosion at the bottom, 2 days later after speaking to our Jet2 rep David a new kettle arrived. Its €6 per day to use the in room safety box which for 13 days is €78 which considering most Hotels charge €2 or €3 per day is daylight robbery(pardon the pun). Our Room was 534 which had a nice view over to Isla Christina. However our neighbours in Room 500 had a dog which regularly done a Pee Pee on their Balcony so do the Cleaning staff use the same Mop & Sweeping brush on their Room then come clean my room with same Sweeping brush, in 14 days our bedroom didn't get floor Washed or mopped & only washed bathroom floor a couple of times after telling them we had some Ants in Bathroom. We didn't know this was a dog friendly hotel & often found dog Pee Pee in Elevator, stupid to put Dogs in rooms on high floors. Food at Breakfast & Evening meal OK always fresh fish & meat being cooked but cooked vegetables were often cold as not kept on hot & one day the French fries/Chips were still frozen but overall OK. Because it was end of season plenty of Sun loungers around the pool area & pool area very clean. I don't think I would revisit this hotel preferring the Vila Gale or Melia nearby.
