Ses Botges is the perfect solution for anyone who is looking to enjoy the natural environment that Formentera offers us, in a simple and functional apartment, but at the same time comfortable and convenient, just a few steps from the beautiful beach of Ses Platgetes. Tourist stay number: APM-635 Ses Botges is located 100 metres from Es Caló de Sant Agustí, a small village at the foot of La Mola mountain. Es Caló has a seafaring atmosphere as it is located next to a natural harbour where fishermen moor their boats, surrounded by woods and small beaches. A stroll along the side of the road will take you to the centre of Es Caló where you can enjoy all the services you need to spend an unforgettable holiday on the island: restaurants offering good fish and typical Formentera cuisine, supermarkets, chemist, souvenir shops and a kiosk, with incredible views of the sea and the small plateau of La Mola. The apartments for 3 people are 40 square metres in size and can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 3 people. They consist of a living room with a single sofa bed and a small functional kitchen integrated into the living room, equipped with basic utensils such as a fridge, butane cooker and kitchen utensils. The double room is spacious: it has two single beds and a large wardrobe. They have a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub. The apartments for 4 people are 50 square metres in size and can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 4 people. They consist of a living room with a single sofa bed, a small functional kitchen integrated in the living room, equipped with basic utensils such as a fridge, butane cooker and kitchen utensils. There are two spacious bedrooms: a double room with two single beds and a single room. They have a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub. All the apartments have a terrace with garden furniture and views of the pine forest and the vegetation of the area, ideal for relaxing on hot summer days in Formentera. The apartments are well equipped for holiday stays with television, air conditioning, safe and WIFI Internet. - Delivery of keys: it is made in the office Formentera Break located in Paseo De La Marina, nº 6, in the Port of La Savina, 07870 Formentera. - Office hours: from 10:00 to 20:30 h. - Check in: as a general rule, check in is from 13:30 h on the day of arrival. Check in will not be made after 00:15 h. Arrivals outside office hours (from 8:30 p.m. to 00:15 a.m.) are by appointment only and subject to an additional charge of 40 EUR. - Check out: the accommodation must be vacated before 11:00 am. On the day of departure, the keys must be returned to the office before 11:30 am. Otherwise, there will be a penalty of 20 EUR. - Deposit: a deposit of 200 EUR (by credit card or in cash) will be requested on the day of arrival, which will be returned at check out after verifying that the accommodation has been left in good condition. - Documentation required at check in: ID card or passport of all adults staying. - Tax on stays in the Balearic Islands: the day of arrival will be paid the amount of the tax of 2.20 EUR in cash per person per night. Children under 16 years of age are exempt from paying the tax. - Quiet time in the accommodation is from 22:00 h until 10:00 h. - Parties inside the accommodation are not allowed. They are strictly forbidden. - Public scandal or inappropriate behavior that disturbs the rest and coexistence with the neighborhood will result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit. - The accommodation is delivered with a complete set of sheets and towels suitable for the number of people in the reservation.
