Just returned from a week at the Fergus Style and really enjoyed it. Location is great, just across the road from the beach at the top end of the strip. Room was a decent size, well decorated and bathroom was great with plenty of storage space and a good shower. We actually had a partial sea view which we hadn’t booked and was a lovely surprise. Good sized balcony offered a nice view. Safe in the room was free which was a nice change (5euro deposit for the key) and there is aircon although it was not available in April. Cleaning was very good and towels changed regularly. Breakfast was good quality and plentiful and the pool area was very good with plenty of beds to choose from. The best thing was the staff. The reception staff were excellent - all very friendly and super helpful and all spoke good English which is very useful. All other staff from restaurant to cleaners to maintenance were friendly and all acknowledge the guests and are very polite. Overall, a great stay and we would certainly return.

We’ve recently returned home from our fourth stay at Fergus Style Palma Nova and once again it was a five-star visit from start to finish. Every visit confirms why we keep coming back. Our requests made in advance were thoughtfully fulfilled, and we were delighted to find a lovely surprise waiting in our room on my birthday — such a thoughtful touch that made our stay extra special. A massive thank you to the staff, especially Maria, Aga and Izan. Aga, as always, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming — a real credit to the hotel. Izan was fantastic in the bar, always friendly, attentive, and made us feel completely at ease. Plenty of delicious fresh food at breakfast and the cleanliness throughout the hotel remains to a very high standard. The location is perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything Palma Nova has to offer. I wish we were able to stay longer but we are already looking forward to our next stay. A fab hotel that we would highly recommend. If you can choose a sea view room for stunning sunrise and sunset views.

We stayed at the FERGUS Style Palmanova for a week over the Easter holidays and want to share our experience. The positives are the staff, who were absolutely excellent. We had an issue with our bed that was resolved immediately, and when we accidentally left some jewellery behind, the team was incredibly helpful in getting it returned to us. A huge thank you to everyone there! The hotel’s location is fantastic for exploring Majorca. Palma is just 20 minutes away by bus, and Puerto Portals is only 10 minutes away. Other spots like Port d'Andratx and Sóller are also within easy reach. We booked a sea view room, and while the balcony was a bit tight, the view itself was stunning. However, the room was disappointing. It felt quite small, as did the bathroom; the sink was located within the bedroom area, which wasn't to our taste. The shower tray appeared worn and stained despite being cleaned, there was no toilet brush provided. Dining was also dissapointing. Breakfast offered the standard hot and cold options. The hot options, were at best lukewarm, unless you were getting freshly cooked eggs. There were no warm plates, which didnt help so the hot food was usually cold by the time we sat down. The pool areas are more like "dip pools"—pleasant for catching the sun, but not particularly aesthetically pleasing. The poolside bar was closed during our stay, likely due to it being early in the season. Similarly, the main bar and restaurant lacked the atmosphere to entice us to stay in, so we spent our evenings enjoying the many great bars and restaurants nearby. All in all the staff were excellent but we felt underwhelmed by the hotel & there may be better rooms than the Seaview room we stayed in, but personally I dont think the extra cost of a suite, swim up or jacuzzi rooms would be justifiable.
