My partner & I have just arrived back home after 12 nights half board plus. The Hotel itself is really nice and reception staff explained various things to us on arrival plus the TV in your room is set to the Hotel info guide so can be navigated on there for info and there is touch screen guidance dotted about hotel. Our room 237A on the 2nd floor faced the Main Street which wasn’t a problem for us. The rooms are spacious and have a living type area as you come in with a sofa bed, dressing table, small fridge, coffee/tea facilities and a complimentary bottle of water which can be refilled at the water stations dotted about the hotel. The bedroom is a separate room and there is plenty of wardrobe space (plus wardrobe space in living area) beds are comfortable and TV has quite a few stations. Bathroom is fine nice big shower with rain shower and adjustable shower heads. Rooms are cleaned daily, we usually put our used towels in the shower after use if we needed them replacing as we didn’t always need fresh ones every day. Balcony is off the living area and has a small rack for drying stuff. We used main buffet restaurant for our breakfast and chose to swap from Eve Meal to Lunch for our stay as we like eating out at different places at night. The breakfast was great loads of variety can’t see how anyone can complain there is literally something for everyone including lovely fresh bread/rolls, toasting breads, GF breads, pastries, creamy porridge, fresh honey/honeycomb, yogurts, fresh fruits, cold meats/cheeses/salads, smoothies, sausages, bacon, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, omelettes made to order, cereals, about 10 different types of milks including strawberry/chocolate milks, churros, pancakes and waffles, fresh coffee machine, variety of teas, cava, juices etc. Lunches were great plenty of nice salad options, freshly made pizza and pasta dishes, freshly grilled meats and fish, variety of vegetables, mash potatoes, chips, rice, meat stews, burgers, hot dogs, breads, fresh fruit, amazing choice of desserts, ice cream and even pick n mix sweeties which the adults enjoyed more than the kids 🤣 Staff in this hotel were friendly and worked very hard especially the cleaners and waiters/waitresses. The reception staff were amazing when my partner left a bag containing his phone and a new shirt in a taxi they managed to track taxi down and get the bag/phone back so a huge thank you to Claudia, Horia and Noa! Pool areas were good had a family area in one side of hotel and an adult only pool on other side which we used. Very chilled out, plenty of sun loungers, pool was heated and pool bar was fine for us to use as half board plus we paid for any drinks as we got them. We used water station there whilst we were around pool and just refilled our cups and water bottles to take back to the room. We would definitely recommend and will definitely return to this hotel it’s in a good area easy walking distance to beach, restaurants shops, shopping malls and the market.

10/10 ✨This is our 3rd or 4th time coming to this hotel and can not pick a single fault! LOCATION- the hotel is in the perfect spot it’s a 5/10 min walk down the road to the beach front where all the shops/bars and activities are which are open until 2/3am,so many amazing bars nearby. it’s such a nice atmosphere and all the people are lovely , we spent most nights in lumma bar ,mustang sallys and red lion STAFF - the staff are all so lovely and helpful , especially Fabio, we had some issues before flying home that night that led us to needing to stop an extra night (not an issue regarding the hotel) and he listened, gave us advise,and helped massively❤️ ROOMS- rooms are huge and are deep cleaned every morning, the girls cleaning the room are super fast and understanding if you need a lie in and need your room cleaning later on in the day, the beds are very comfy and there is a lot of wardrobe and storage place ,they also left us a bottle of wine and a cheese board in our room 🥰 FOOD- the resturant had so many options ,i’m a picky eater and still found so many nice things to eat. POOL- the hotel is split into a family/kids side and a adults only side and both are amazing The Family/kids side is more lively with reps doing fun things for the kids where as the adult side is more quiet&chill with a nice level of music and sometimes a few chilled games that u can partake in. There’s lots of sunbeds and we never struggled to get one ,there’s a few pools around the hotel including more private chill ones so can always find a bed somewhere that suits you DRINKS/BAR - the drinks were all very nice and not watered down like most hotels ,very detailed in how they present the drinks and lots to choose from. They also have a rooftop bar which has good music and the best views of costa adeje especially at sunset . you do have to pay for your drinks up there tho. ENTERTAINMENT- The staff put there all into the entertainment and got people involved ,they do kids entertainment around 7.30/8 until 9 ish and then have dancers/singers/other adult entertainment from 9 onwards and was always a good atmosphere , people dancing up at the front and getting involved with quizzes on the stage. There is also a arcade/games room and 2 shops in the hotel -you can get a safe for your room -resturant staff are so friendly -adults can be out the way of kids the whole time if wanted -reception are so helpful with any requests or requirments and can help with booking taxi’s&excursions -Jet2 and other reps visit the hotel regularly

Perfect location, short walk from both beach and top attractions like Siam mall and Siam park a short bus trip away. Pleasant atmosphere throughout with designated only adult areas to dine and sunbath if your looking for a quieter atmosphere away from family’s. Room was spacious and clean, with no issues. The food available in the buffet has been exceptional from breakfast to evening meal. Struggle to find any faults with my stay.

Absolutely loved this hotel, rooms spacious and modern. Pools are lovely and plenty of sun loungers. We had no problem getting some of the day bed type loungers at all whilst we’ve been here. The adults only pool is quiet and the entertainment team aren’t overbearing which is always good. We only realised on our last night about the adults only rooftop bar and lounge area which is a shame so don’t miss out on this! Bus stop right outside the door and one just across the street which we used to visit Siam Mall, we did walk one day which was about 35 minutes. 15 minute walk maximum down to the beach, restaurants and bars. Fabio on reception was lovely! We will definitely be back. Only reason for leaving 4 stars and not 5 is that we found the food to be a bit uninspiring, breakfast was good and the selection of fresh bread and deli meats along with salads were definitely the highlight, but for the hot buffet food the choices weren’t amazing. However this didn’t bother us as there are so many places to eat out around. One thing to note, we booked “half board plus” which states drinks are included. This only covers meal time drinks - not all day.
