I am going to giveth 5 stars for 90 percent of staff. We are currently staying at the hotel for 2 weeks with 5 days left. There are 2 members of staff 1 on particular a lady called Yulia. I have worked as a restaurant manager for 20 years and have seen a lot this lady is so polite hard working always smiling. A real asset to your restaurant team, she needs recognition by management and also her peers. Sadly this restauant seems to be dominated by rude mails. I met 2 of them tonight. My Husband and I and our 2 little boys are here on honeymoon/ holiday. Unfortunately all 3 of the boys are very ill with stomach bugs. We have had very little sleep due to the sickness and when I finally managed to get an hour for my first food of the day I was interrogated. It seems by a waiter and some sort of manager putting a card machine in my face topay for my glass of rose. I havealready eaten twice daily I the restaurant with my family I know I neted to pay for my wine. But that waiter and managerade me feel like I had come off the street and was stealing dinner. More staff training and manners are definitely required. Maybe Yulia could train them and show them how it's done. Another guy I thought was a chef but seemed to be wash up appeared the floor in front of paying customers eating their dinner ranting at a waitress this guy shouldn't be seen on a restaurant floor speaking to another staff member in a 4 star hotel under any circumstance very unprofessional. The reception staff and the cleaning staff of the bedrooms have been out of this.workd and should definitely be recognised with some sort of award. Manners, hard working, polite and would do anything for.us. we had so much sickness we have need reception for.doctors.and all our requests were.catered for.sraught away from the lovely dark haired lady on reception who luckily for.us seems to.always be.here. the ladies who clean.the rooms and.have and have been up with us at all hours last night and today cleaning,changing sheets and Making beds we are so grateful I hope this review gains these employment recognition and perhaps the guys walking around with attitudes in the.restaurant and restaurant something to learn from and think about Kindness and a smile is the least you can provide.

Just wanted to write a review about this hotel overall hotel is good. Don't get me wrong the hotel could do with a bit of a upgrade in places as it is starting to look tired but overall after reading reviews, there is a lot of negative reviews which i find really unfair as everywhere in yhe hotel is clean and tidy and overall is well kept clean. The the staff are great and the food is good plenty of choice in the restaurant.The snack bar is really good. One thing I did like about this hotel they are on top of the sun loungers so no having to get up at silly time to get a sunbed as there is plenty. The hotel is amazing if you have kids as well entertainment team all lovely especially Weronika. The evening entertainment is good also. Overall if you have booked this don't let the negative reviews put you off.

Check‑in was completely seamless with no issues at all, which set a positive tone for the stay. Staff were efficient and welcoming, and we were in our room and unpacking quickly — always a good start to a holiday. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for a family. We had a sea view, although it’s worth noting that the main road sits between the hotel and the coastline, so the view comes with a bit of traffic in the foreground. The beds in the main bedroom were really comfortable, but the sofa bed is better suited to a child — when sat on, you can feel the slats underneath. From a practical point of view, there isn’t an ideal area for doing makeup, so a bit of improvisation was needed. The bathroom was fine overall, though we did notice an occasional drain smell — this may be specific to the location of our room rather than a hotel‑wide issue. Mornings can also be noisy, with housekeeping and maintenance trolleys rolling over the tiled floors. The pool area is clean and well maintained, and the water itself was consistently clear. In April, the pools aren’t heated, so the temperature can feel a little “fresh” when you first get in. My watch recorded between 21°C and 23°C, which is fine once you’re swimming, but that initial step can be a shock for some. A few umbrellas and sunbeds could do with some attention, but at this time of year it’s not a major issue. The hotel states a strict “no reservation of sunbeds” policy, though in practice this isn’t enforced — by around 10am, many were already claimed with towels. The food was generally ok, with a light theme each night to add some variety. It is quite samey over the course of a week, and desserts in particular were fairly bland. There wasn’t much in the way of authentic Spanish dishes, which was a shame, though understandable when catering for a wide mix of guests. On the positive side, we never struggled to find a table, and there was always something to eat even if it didn’t stand out. I’ve also realised I’m probably not an all‑inclusive person — I prefer more variety — so that may colour my view a little. The bar area is large and functional, but the acoustics make it quite echoey, and the seating is mostly hard plastic or metal. It works fine for grabbing a drink, but it’s not the most inviting space to sit and relax in the evening, which feels like a missed opportunity. We went to two of the evening entertainment shows during our stay. The first night we attended, some of the sound equipment clearly needed attention — one speaker in particular was playing up throughout the show. However, the second evening was a completely different experience: the act was very well put together, polished, and genuinely enjoyable. The entertainers themselves were consistently good, especially with the kids, and during the day there were regular activities that kept children engaged and happy. --- 🎯 Final Verdict A good, spacious family hotel with friendly staff and clean facilities, but a few areas need attention to reach its full potential — a solid stay overall, especially if you value room size and location over polished finishes.
