I had an absolutely fantastic stay at TUI BLUE Los Gigantes and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, adults-only hotel in Los Gigantes with stunning sea views. As a solo traveller, I felt completely comfortable and welcomed from the moment I arrived. The hotel has such a calm and friendly atmosphere, making it fantastic for couples as well as great for those travelling alone and wanting somewhere they can truly relax. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, modern, and set in an incredible location overlooking the Los Gigantes cliffs and sea. The views are absolutely breathtaking and one of the standout features of the hotel. The facilities at the hotel were fantastic. I made great use of the gym, which was well-equipped and perfect for keeping up with workouts while on holiday. The spa was also a real highlight—very relaxing and ideal for unwinding after a day exploring Tenerife or enjoying the sunshine. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special mention to the reception staff, who were incredibly approachable and made check-in and my overall stay smooth and stress-free. The food was another highlight, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality options. Whether it was breakfast, lunch at the pool bar, or dinner, there was always something to enjoy. My room was very spacious for one person with a great balcony with fantastic views. The pool areas were clean, well laid out, and never felt overcrowded, with plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day—perfect for a peaceful and relaxing experience. Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in Tenerife. If you’re looking for a quiet, scenic, and high-quality hotel in Los Gigantes, I wouldn’t hesitate to book here. I’ll definitely be returning!

“Another fantastic stay”

This has been our 7th visit and it only gets better, and we will return. there rooms are fantastic, the staff are great the food is to die for... thanks to Frank and all the chef's and the quality and verriety seems to be getting better. This has been our 7th visit and it only gets better, and we will return. there rooms are fantastic, the staff are great the food is to die for... thanks to Frank and all the chef's and the quality and verriety seems to be getting better. Chinnese night was fantastic. We love it here, it is relaxing and quiet. and it is like a second home... we love the harbour and the local walks past the pacola to playa del arena and on to alcarla on the coastal premade. For the negatives, the road construction at the front of the hotel is noisy.. but I suppose it has to be done, as we always get a seaview room we never heard any noise. Maybe having to pay for water could be looked at. but we bought water from the supermarket 1 minute walk. We have tried to be factual but had a fantastic time. I will have to mention the reps.. A gentleman had an Issue with his foot and Sam give good advice and called a Doctor who arrived within 15 minutes and that is something we are not used to. and our regards to Sam the rep who singing talent made for a very enjoyable enterainment. Friends say why do we going to the back.. my partner returned 5 weeks ago after a visit with her Mother and Sister for a special occasion and he response was.. we now know why we keep going back and they loved it. we will return. “Not in a rush to come back…”

The rooms are dated and have thin walls. You can hear the cleaners and other hotel guests talking in the mornings and doors closing and echoing down the corridor. The rooms are dated and have thin walls. You can hear the cleaners and other hotel guests talking in the mornings and doors closing and echoing down the corridor. The bathroom needs updating and the beds aren’t overly comfortable. There aren’t adequate places to dry bathing suits and towels. We received a letter after our room was cleaned saying we couldn’t hang towels over the balcony. This was because we had been provided with insufficient space to dry clothes and everyone else was doing the same. The food was okay, very meat and seafood-based with satisfactory veggie options. However, I noticed the bar staff by the pool and upstairs were much friendlier than the restaurant staff. We were ignored for six whole times before my partner approached and asked if we could have a drink. We’d been waiting at least 20 minutes. The restaurant staff definitely saw us; they’d look down on us every time they passed. Every time the waiter, Dario I think his name was, passed us, we were met with an eye roll. I’m not sure what his problem was with us but the restaurant staff definitely had their favourites! I appreciate 20 minute isn’t very long but by the time we had managed to speak with a member of staff, we had almost finished our meal. Bearing in mind this was my first holiday abroad in 12 years, being met with this hospitality threw me off massively. I’m not in any rush to return. The whole dining experience made me feel so unwelcome. No smiles, nothing, just “what do you want to drink?” And being told that we had to pay for drinks when we were eating, even though we had come on Full Board Plus. For the first few nights we paid for our drinks as we were not made aware that the drinks (with dinner) were included in our package until we were made aware by the lunch and bar staff (Tania I believe was her name). Every day there was an issue with us trying to order drinks. We understood it was selected drinks while eating but it was very frustrating not being understood or ignored. Even after telling them our room number, surely it would come up on the system what board we were on? However, it is not all doom and gloom. Me and my partner both attended the on-site spa which we both really enjoyed and believed was reasonably priced considering it is on site.

A mixed stay with generally a disappointing tatty room in need of refurbishment. The bathroom was tired, grubby and had several loose floor tiles and annoyingly the loo seat would not stay up. The food was of a good standard, varied and most of the staff were efficient and friendly. In particular Francis was diligent, professional and a credit to the hotel. However, that can't be said for some of the breakfast staff...having entered the restaurant at 7.50am and asked for a fried egg to be cooked - I was told by the chef who was instructed by a very short waiter that I needed to wait until 8am! How petty, nasty and lacking in hospitality! It wouldn't have been an issue but we had to leave earlier for the coach transfer...come on, show some flexibility and embrace hospitality with preferably less petty jobs worth employees!
