The ELBA Premium Suites is a complete holiday resort inspired by the traditional culture of the Canary Islands, reflected in its typical Lanzarote town style architecture, with its white painted walls adorned with volcanic rock, within an oasis of subtropical gardens , pools and several culinar highlights with different restaurants in the resort.

The Hotel has one Main Buffet restaurant called El Mirador and two Theme restaurants. One is Italian cuisine style and called La Nonna and second one is a french Brasserie style theme restaurant called La Brasserie
