First time visit to this hotel and we will definitely be back soon ! We came as a couple but there is also plenty of fun for a family , the entertainment cater’s for everyone The staff are genuinely a friendly bunch and nothing is to much trouble , making a happy atmosphere The quality of food from Salmon / Steak / seafood/ pastas / salad bar / fresh baked in-house pastries …etc the list is endless , something for everyone It’s situated in a great location for beach and bars / restaurants , 10 min walk to the Marina (a nice walk along the front ) Plenty of sun-beds for everyone and they don’t allow towels to be left on sun-beds all day , they take them off which is brilliant . Rooms are spotless and clean each day , again by very lovely staff . We recommend .

“Great hotel, pity about the food”

Spent a week all inclusive in a suite (without privilege upgrade). The hotel generally is lovely. Our room was nice and spacious but tired. The furnishings are well used and although nothing was broken it could definitely do with a revamp. Room was very clean though and the layout worked for us and 2 kids. The pool area is fantastic, pools are clean, large, and fun. Indoor pool is heated and was never too full of people. We always got sun loungers without issue. The atmosphere and layout of the hotel really is lovely. Its very central being able to walk into town in the evening was great. The beach is 5 min walk away and absolutely stunning! A special call out to the animation team. These guys treated our kids so well. We only put the kids into the kids club one day but we were at the mini disco most nights and if a member of the team seen the kids just by the pool they were playing with them, hugging them every time. They've been called out in other reviews and they really are superb with the kids. Shoutout to Ana and Javi especially. The only thing that let this place down was the food specifically in the evening. Breakfast was great, no issues there but the lunch and especially dinner were a let down. There was alot of variety for sure and they did themed nights which was good but the food in general wasn't great quality. For instance, they had roast beef which tasted ok, but it was presliced, bought in stuff that'll had been heated. My wife and I did find something to eat each night but the biggest issue was for the kids. They had maybe 5 things to choose from of which one was always chips and one was always these like "fish finger" things (star shaped). The quality of the fish was terrible, they really tasted awful. There was battered squid one evening for the kids and honestly it would have bounced if dropped. Our two were sick of chips as that was the typical thing available for lunch too. There wasn't a simple pizza or rice or potatoes or even bread to make a sandwich unless it was available as part of the themed night. I understand the restaurant had to cater for many tastes etc but I just feel the quality of the food was what let it down, variety, at least for adults, was there but the quality wasn't, and even moreso with the kids food. TL:DR nice hotel, great pools, great kids entertainment but the evening food is a let down as stated in other reviews as well.

“Lovely central hotel”

Nice large hotel room. 3 pools. Could always get a sunbed. Great central location. Will be back. Also Playa Blanca is lovely

Just back from a week in this hotel. I’ve been visiting Lanzarote every year for the past 9 years and have stayed in both Playa Blanca and Puerto Del Carmen. My expectations for this hotel were much higher. Although it is perfectly situated with easy access to the Marina and excellent restaurants and the beach I felt the hotel was a bit tired and could definitely benefit from redecorating as I don’t think it met its 4 star rating. Although our rooms were cleaned every day the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned with toothpaste still visible around the sink. We stayed in a Superior double room and when we asked for a complimentary bottle of water as we arrived late and according to their website were entitled to one we were told no this wasn’t included. I don’t think two bottles of water would have broken the bank! I felt the staff at reception weren’t that friendly but on a positive note on our last day the girl at reception ( didn’t get her name unfortunately) was very accommodating in securing a courtesy room to shower before our departure. Food wise there was a good selection at breakfast and although very busy foods were replenished quickly. We were not all inclusive and choices at lunch not great. We didn’t want a full buffet lunch and would have appreciated tapas at the Cactus bar. We will definitely be returning to Playa Blanca but will look for alternative accommodation as I don’t feel we got value for money at this hotel.
