Myself my husband and 2 daughters arrived here on the 29th April 2026 it was our first ever time coming to Gran Canaria so we didn’t know what to expect. I was a little disappointed there was no bus that takes you up there because it is a big hill but please do not let that put you off…it’s all a great experience seeing all the lizards along your walks and seeing the stone hearts and initials of peoples names as you over look the slope. Then when you get to the hotel you will be blown away with friendly and relaxed it is, it’s the perfect setting for families with children of all ages. The food is the best food you will ever taste with plenty of variety to choose from 3 meals a day and then snacks between that with drinks ranging from slush to juices teas coffees hot chocolate to water spirits larger wines, the list is never ending the puddings are unreal and you will never go hungry at this place. Throughout the day they have a lovely lady who had made a great impression on my 2 children her names Anne she spends her time with them getting to know them and talking with them playing games and becoming a great friend to the children and adults there’s always lots of fun when she’s around from playing adult games to kids games (which adults can also play) there’s something for everyone here. There is a nice pool to swim some lengths in or just to laze around aswell as a smaller pool for younger children and babies, by the side of both pools there is a little splash park which again both my children loved. For those that like the gym there is a small gym to the back of all the pools and by the side of that is a place where you can get a range of different massages which I’m gutted I didn’t try. We came for our daughter’s 10th birthday and on arrival we had been greeted with a birthday cake with a lit candle music playing and everyone singing happy birthday to her. They defiantly aim to please at this place and the deliver it very well I cannot recommend this place enough for the warm home feeling when you get there to the relaxed atmosphere they go above and beyond and definitely get a solid 10 out of 10 from us….keep it up guys you’ve made our holiday xx

I really rate this hotel. Its elevation is quite high but it has amazing views. The food was nice but repetitive. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had an apartment with large terrace but our terrace was smaller than the others due to being a walkway to the next level and other rooms. It was definitely worth the money. The staff really did make this hotel, they could not do enough for you . From the restaurant staff to the receptionist staff who all made my partner feel special on his birthday. Also the night receptionist he was a young guy , didn’t speak English but was a great help to me when my partner became ill on the first night and had to go to the emergency room. I heard he had only been at the hotel a few days. He is definitely a keeper for the hotel. The hotel is quiet which I prefer and a lot of the guests were Nordic but everyone got along. I would definitely go back there again .

I would say this hotel is more of a 3 star than a 4 star for its official hotel rating. We just come back from a week staying here ( 2 Adults, 13 year old, 8 year old & 1 year old) The location itself had absolutely gorgeous views, the area was slightly quieter than other parts of the island, just under €5 for taxi to Amadores beach, or you can walk it. The hotel itself was kept clean and tidy. Rooms was slightly outdated but really clean and tidy. Maids did a great job. Room had a small kitchen area, roof fans and air-conditioning & a small balcony with table, chairs and 2 sun loungers They have a smoking area for smokers. Rooms are smoke/vape free as well as throughout the hotel, restaurants and pool. The pool area was clean every morning, with lifeguard present every day. No floats or Balls allowed in the pool. Only swim aids. The pool had a good depth. They also have a small baby pool and a splash park which my one year old loved. The restaurant/bar itself was really clean and well maintained, the day staff and night staff are really friendly and welcoming. All spirits, wine, soda, juice and coffee ect are all self serve. Food wasn't the greatest and got repetitive. Just expected a little better for food being 4 star rating. Either way it was all clean and tidy despite it being the same foods. Bbq is on Thursdays and Mondays, I would say that the best day for evening food. Day time entertainment was good, she got everyone involved, good conversation, very chatty and friendly. Music was good. Only issue we had was with receptionist lady on a night/evening time was quite mardy and rude. She wasn't happy ordering taxi's for us. Seem to be getting annoyed with it. Which was a shame really because it's the only real negative on the whole stay. They other guy on evening/night shift was great as was the day time staff.

This hotel is located up a hill, with spectacular views over Amadores beach. Luckily, we rented a car to get around, as without it we would not have left the hotel too often. We arrived well before the official check in time, and were able to access our room immediately. The rooms are large and spacious and equipped with a small kitchenette and full sized fridge. There was a walk in shower in the bathroom. The food was plentiful and lots of choice. However, the quality was really bad. Overcooked and not well prepared. There was no real bar, just bottles with optics where guests could serve themselves drinks from 11-2300. But there was plenty of choice of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Around the pool area, there were lots of sunbeds, and the pool itself was really nice. The evening entertainment did leave a lot to be desired. It wasn’t that good. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. But, as an older couple, this hotel was not for us. It is ideal for families with kids.
