Our hosts were waiting for us on arrival and gave us a lovely warm welcome, showing us round the basement flat including the fridge being filled with food and water. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach and bars and an even shorter walk to the station (2 mins) to take a 30min ride at €4 into Barcelona. We look forward to returning soon!

“5 star service but average quality rooms”

This is the third time we have stayed as a family in Sitges and is a place we will go to time and again. It's a beautiful friendly place. This was the first time using Sitgesgo. We paid a premium price to stay in a penthouse apartment which had 3 bed rooms. The two smaller bedrooms had two single beds in with the main room having a double bed. The living area had a two seat leather couch and a leather chair. This wasn't enough for the amount if people or very comfortable as they were quite rigid. The main double bed was also broken and required fixing but the size of the rooms and storage was pretty good. The patio balcony was a really good size but the furniture again could be updated and improved. There was plenty of hours of sun and a nice area to eat. The kitchen was in the best condition and looked relatively new plus cleanliness throughout the apartment was brilliant and immaculate. Additionally, the air conditioning was superb and so quite you could have it on throughout the night. The biggest compliment I can give is to the two members of staff we dealt with. Maria is such a nice person who only seems to care about making your stay as easy as possible. Nothing was too much for her. Syeed was the other person we dealt with. When we told him about yhe bed being broken. He went out and got the parts and fixed it the same day. It was brilliant to have this level of help and support on hand and with no fuss or attitude. These two are worth their weight in gold. Overall great service, clean but in need of some thought put into the furniture arrangements and updating.

My friends and I booked this late therefore we were limited for choice. The photos on the website look amazing. However do not represent a true picture unfortunately. We arrive just after lunch on Saturday. Using goggle maps we tried to find the apartment we were very close but couldn't find the place. I used the phone number on the confirmation document's to ask directions. The English speaking man on the other end had no idea where the apartment was even when I explained the street I was on. Very strange. But we asked a passing local and it was only just around the corner. Two worring things. The apartments are not 15mins to the beach, a lot long going down hill. Even longer coming back up hill. Also the location is in a residents area. Very quite but regrettably the locals own a lot of dogs and don't know the meaning of poo bags !!! Some days it was very difficult to walk without seeing the mess. We told the owners the time of arrival between 2 and 3pm. The apartment was not ready but we were allowed to sit on the terrace while the non English lady finished cleaning. We had booked an Attico 3 bedroom apartment in entering you do think WOW. The terrace was the best part of the apartment. Very large with the sun most of the day. A table and 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers. Remember this is a three bed apartment with only 1 bathroom and no separate toilet. A but inconvenient at times. The master bedroom had a triple wardrobe with only 6 hangers, only 1 bedside lamp and the main ceiling light did not work. The room was very dark and had no mirror or safe. The roller blind was old a fraid. The duvet covers were stained however the bed was very comfortable. The other 2 bedrooms were twin bedded with only bedside tables and lamps. No wardrobe or hanging space at all. One of the ceiling lights once again didn't work. So if there were 6 people using this space it would be a disaster and you would be living out of a suitcase. The bathroom was very small. There was a super looking shower but this didn't work only the normal shower head. The enclosure was missing and a flimsy rail with a shower curtain in its place. The kitchen was very compacted and had a microwave and a good oven and job. This was very workable unfortunately the crockery was insufficient for a group of 6. A lot of the plates were cracked and needed replacing. There were no tea towels provided so we had to use a hand towel. A washing machine was on the back terrace which worked very well and quick. The lounge was very comfortable and large. The aircon and WIFI we both excellent. However still not enough chairs for a group of 6. There are a lot of things that need replacing and it would cost no more than 100€. As I said this was a late booking and overall we didn't let any of the bad things spoil our holiday but it was the sun terrace that saved the day. We have booked for next year to return to Sitges a great resort but have booked elsewhere.

“Lovely apartment overall , but some issues....”

We spent a lovely week in this spacious apartment with decent facilities. It is large open plan and fairly well equipped. Kitchen was manageable but had no basics of any sort there. We spent a lovely week in this spacious apartment with decent facilities. It is large open plan and fairly well equipped. Kitchen was manageable but had no basics of any sort there. There was a feeling of the apartment being unkempt however - for example - the fan in the bathroom did not function, the main light was broken (and despite asking it was not fixed), the other bathroom had a shower we could not use as it sprayed the whole room (another person online here also complained of this so clearly not been addressed) and as for the terrace it was faded with very old dirty sun loungers and had no sun except very early morning. We stayed on a ground floor apartment - all walls are thin and noise travels easily- so the noisy all night party was horrendous and a very noisy family above made things very difficult for sleeping. The bed was really hard too. But despite this the apartment and location were good. Guess it's just how lucky you are with neighbours. Great croissants from the bakery around the corner in the morning!
