I’d probably rate this hotel between 3 and 4 stars, only because I’ve been to some better 4 star hotel, but we had a lovely time. I was very nervous about this hotel after some of the negative reviews that have been wrote, but I was very happy over all with the experience we had, it’s not perfect but we all had such a lovely holiday The pools are definitely the best part of this hotel, the slides are fantastic, my 9 year old loved the big slides and my 3 year old loved the little pool with 3 baby slides, was great to be able to keep both of them happy. The temperature was very high when we were here and so the pools were actually a perfect temperature to jump in and out of. Sunbeds were unfortunately took quite early, but we either managed to get a seat near the bar or a sunbed later on in the day once people had moved on. The food was okay, quite a bit of choice. Would say breakfast was the best, we did end up eating out a couple of evenings to break it up. Dinner and lunch definitely got repetitive. The biggest downside to the dining was the queuing. Places I have been before have different stations that you que for but this seemed to just be a long line that you had to make your way through even if you didn’t want food from the certain parts. I think this needs to be looked at. The card system for drinks I think worked okay, I didn’t find the ques too bad in the day, could get long in the evening but wasn’t awful. There is also a water station, we brought bottles with us so I filled these up every day no problem. Drinks were good, wine, beer, milkshake, local spirits, ice cream ect The location I found great. Like I said we are out at a couple of lovely places, reasonable prices too. There are a few shops too to grab snacks and gifts from. We also walked to the beach a few times which was lovely. The sea was a perfect temperature. My girls both wore beach shoes which I would recommend as the sand/stones are very hot and uncomfortable on your feet. We got a snorkel and saw loads of fish too! Staff were all really nice, check in for us was quick although we couldn’t get in our room until 3. But there is a luggage room. I did walk past and see quite big ques for check in, so not sure if we were lucky. Rooms were clean but definitely too small, and need more room for hanging clothes and storing luggage. That being said we all slept fine and were out of the room most of the time anyway. It was my birthday while we were there and there was a bottle of wine and some chocolates left for me which I thought was a lovely touch. It was very busy while we were there, I think it must be Spanish holidays. I was surprised as we booked this time of year to try get a more quieter holiday. Worth keeping in mind if you are English. Overall we had a lovely holiday and I would recommend this hotel for the price we paid. Although Definitely could be improvements.

Honest review! Last full day today and just wanted to leave a realistic review because I was honestly so nervous about coming here after reading some of the awful comments online. Overall, we’ve actually had a brilliant time! The good bits: The staff: Honestly lovely and so friendly. The lifeguards are amazing and super attentive around the pools, and the reception staff take a lot of stick but they're always totally professional and helpful. Cleanliness: Spot on. The maids come every single day which is a total lifesaver when you’ve got small kids trashing the room! The pools: 3 separate areas. The splash pool is great but always packed. The other side of the hotel has a big pool and a baby pool which is still busy but way quieter. There’s an upstairs adult pool too, though kids do end up in it. Kids club: The entertainers are brilliant. My little girl went a few times (open 10:30-1 and then afternoons) and she’s had the absolute best time. Location: Brilliant. A 5-minute walk to the shops, a nice little square with parks/cafes, and the beach. The beach is tiny pebbles rather than sand, but we actually preferred that because I hate sand and it doesn't stick to you! The "cons" (which honestly aren't even that bad): The food: It’s just your standard, bog-standard all-inclusive. It’s not the best, but it really isn't the worst either. Management have clearly caught wind of the complaints because they were in the restaurant most meal times, eating the food themselves, moving layouts around, and putting up fly fans. Queues: The drink voucher system means the lines can get a bit long, but the staff are fast and friendly so they clear them quickly. Same with the restaurant queues—just typical all-inclusive really. Sunbeds: The usual holiday madness. They aren't meant to be reserved until 10am, but people are jumping the cords at the splash pool by 9am, and queuing for the other pool from 9:30am. It’s silly, but we just went to the beach some mornings, came back at midday, and still managed to find a few beds together anyway. Nighttime noise: We’re on the 5th floor and the bedroom doors are paper-thin. You do get inconsiderate people shouting and slamming doors coming back late. Luckily the kids were so knackered it didn’t wake them, but me and my husband struggled a couple of nights. Verdict: We wouldn't come back, but purely because we always like trying somewhere new. If you’re a family who likes returning to the same place, I’d absolutely recommend it. We paid cheap and got exactly what we paid for—a really nice holiday!

This is our 3rd year visiting this Hotel. Overall we love this Hotel, the staff are always so helpful, polite, happy and so welcoming. The room and the Hotel we found to be nice and clean. The food we enjoy, every year we have found there is something for everyone however this year I have to say was an absolute nightmare with the queue. 2024 & 2025 the restaurant had food laid out on both sides of the restaurant, it was a mirror effect so there was not a big long queue and you could go to either side. There was the grill in the middle and those wanting fresh cooked meat/fish had a small queue with a couple of servers.... this year however there was only food laid out on one side of the restaurant, the other side was salad/desserts.... this lead to a big long queue forming and people with small children only wanting pasta or chips for example had to wait behind 40 people. There was no separate queue for each station which was ridiculous and took way too long to get through. This really needs changing, my suggestion is either go back to both sides having all main foods or create dividers with ropes so people can go to the station they want instead of 1 big long queue. It was lovely to see some familiar faces in the entertainment team again this year, and nice to see Andy who was behind the bar. The entertainment room I feel is too small, its a shame we didnt get to sit and watch any of the entertainment this year. We stayed for 5 days and every night we had dinner and came out to find every chair and table filled. It was such a shame for the kids. We ended up sitting outside but couldnt see the dancers or join in with the quiz. As a suggestion I wonder if you can get a screen or projector outside so those sitting outside can still see the stage area? This year we were not allowed bottled water to take to our rooms, we asked at reception and were told it has changed. I understand its to cut costs and possibly plastic waste but when we pay for all inclusive i think its a bit tight to make us refil the same bottle from the bar repeatedly throughout the stay. Also last gripe is that we have to pay for crisps. We have stayed at many All Inclusive Hotels across Spain and we have always been allowed crisps or nuts from the bar included in our stay, the charge was £2.50 for a standard bag of crisps which is actually cheaper from the corner shop, again I feel this is not good when we have paid all inclusive, children like to have crisps or biscuits or something with a drink, they dont necessarily need or want a hamburger from the restaurant as a snack. To balance my negative points we genuinely do recommend this Hotel to families, the pools are great for children, its a short walk to the beach, the drinks and food are very good and staff are amazing. Hopefully we will be back again 2027!
