“Some of the nicest staff in the camino”
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful The albergue room is basically this massive space so you will be sharing the room with a ton of people. However i would still recommend as they dont put people so close as to worry about covid

“Looked good online”
Not much more than a factory to shuffle you through. Sauna was padlocked. Showerheads were fixed and pointed back so one couldn't rinse their back without touching the wall. Beds were slanted.
