“Chose this hotel for value and location to the beach.”
Arrived earlier than the 2pm stated on the booking. Staff couldn't have been friendlier and allowed us to check in early. This was great as it meant we could leave bags in the room. “Relaxing haven in Bol Nuevo”
Fab from start to finish - staff couldn't do enough for us and were very friendly. Would definitely stay again. Food was lovely - poolside dinner fab. All rooms overlook the pool and really spacious family rooms

We stayed here because we were attending an event and didn't want to drive. Supposed to start with Cava and Canapes at 7:30. Never happened. Dinner at 8 - when we finally got a glass of Cava.
