Lovely hotel, good location and really good food and drink. The staff are all fabulous and work extremely hard, especially Georgi who kept us refreshed on the bar all week! 2 gin and tonics 😊

2nd stay at the hotel can not fault it the rooms are great ,food is fantastic al. Staff are great a special mention to tony was a fantastic member of staff he is so nice .thankyou for a great week stay.

We came over for our honeymoon and had an absolute blast. We’re not big party-goers, so the strip wasn’t for us, but we had a great time in the hotel and doing activities around the city. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, with the balcony especially being great. The drinks were amazing, I especially loved the blue lagoon and strawberry daiquiri cocktails- especially when Georgi made them. She made us laugh so much and really made us fall in love with the hotel- we spent ages just chatting with her at the bar! The food was really nice, but the main reason I only give 4 stars and not 5 is that most kitchenware in the restaurant was extremely dirty. Like chunks of food on plates. And when my husband made a pile of dirty ones he got shouted at and the worker put them back, even after he showed her all the dirt. The outdoor pool bars were still closed until half way through, then one bar opened half way through the trip, but only 11-5, so depending on what pool you were at you’d have to get out, dry off, get dressed (you have to wear shirts and shoes indoors) and then head inside to get a drink. This also meant all the entertainment was inside too, even though it was about 21° in the evenings. I understand it’s only the summer months that have outdoors, but I do think this decision should be weather based as it was definitely “outdoor weather”. The hotel itself is quiet and in a great location, and not far to walk to anything. Local taxis are quick and cheap too if you want to go further afield. (Miles better than uber). I would definitely recommend the hotel, but just thought I’d share my nit-picks!

This was our first visit to Benidorm, we chose to go all inclusive as we did not know what to expect. Pros: the hotel has 3 pools. This was our first visit to Benidorm, we chose to go all inclusive as we did not know what to expect. Pros: the hotel has 3 pools. There was always plenty of sun loungers, seats at the bar and tables for meals. The rooms are large and spacious. Ambience is quiet. We found plenty choice and never went hungry at any meal. We didn’t try the snacks so can’t comment. Self serve lager and soft drinks round the pool, no queues. Short walking distance to main strip, old town, Sunday market. Cons: reception said there is no air con until June or 24* so we were quite hot at night and had all the doors and windows open to create a draft. Queues at the main bar for drinks. We prefer our evenings in a darker atmospheric venue, this is our individual preference, the bright white atrium bar was not for us. We went out every evening. The entertainment was pretty poor, again personal preference we don’t do bingo etc.
