We stayed at the end of April on full board. Our upper floor room was a good size, and had plenty of wardrobe and storage, plus small fridge and free safe. One of the best features was the enormous sized balcony, for a hotel that is ! We had a good view of the lake plus sea glimpses. The food choices were okay , but I can’t say exceptional, I see other comments about the mediocre hot food temperature which I agree with. There were small salad prepared bowls available, mostly topped with tuna, but I’d have preferred to have had a variety of salad items to self serve . Water was charged for at lunch and dinner, and if you asked for a LARGE carafe, it was, I think, just chilled tap water. Small water was provided in sealed bottles, so I assume this was mineral water. I really think just ordinary tap water should be free of charge! Also at dinner the tea and coffee machine’s weren’t available, which I do think is a shame, if you like an after dinner drink. I feel the bar and reception combined area seating was quite poor and uncomfortable, comprising mainly cheap moulded plastic chairs and cheap ‘cafe type’ tables, which meant we didn’t visit or buy anything from it. This area could be made to look, and be , so much better, at present its nothing like 4star standard, based on other hotels we’ve been to. Also it’s the only area where the entertainment can take place in the evening . The hotel is very popular with cyclists, and occasionally they were talking their road racing bicycles into the lifts up to the rooms, which meant only they and the bike could go in the lift. I believe the hotel has secured bike storage ,so I don’t understand why the hotel allowed this practice. It meant that you had to wait for another lift, and they weren’t the fastest! Overall I would consider returning, the hotel has a good location, it’s clean, with well serviced rooms, and we liked the good sized bathroom with twin basins. We left early on departure day, at 06.30am before the restaurant opened, and there was nothing available for breakfast, and the area was closed. I checked! Other hotels we’ve been to provide access to a coffee machine and a small continental breakfast selection to early departure guests, so bear this in mind as I really expected something to be available!

“Water not usable for 8 hours 28th April 26”

4 stars this time, as essential general water in rooms and drinking filtered water cut off for 8 hours on the 28th April 26 for 8 hours due to maintenance. 4 stars this time, as essential general water in rooms and drinking filtered water cut off for 8 hours on the 28th April 26 for 8 hours due to maintenance. No notification papers posted through hotel doors. The only notices were posted on the elevator walls, which were not seen by us due to the elevators being packed with people. So we had used the shower in our bathroom when it was forbidden as not seen the notice in the elevator. So we showered with unclean, unsanitary water and was not aware. Such a health hazard should be notified with paper notices under the doors in advance. Very poor for 4 star hotel. Drinking water also unavailable from filters on landings, no alternative offered at reception when I asked, ie drinks vouchers for guests not on all inclusive. Only a small cup of water available from reception, which apparently was tap water. Everything else was okay, but the situation with the notices about the water being unusable was very poor and I sanitary.

Ideally situated spotless clean and well managed Ifach hotel Our experience was very posertive, the staff are wellcoming and the housekeeping is excellent Our room was on the ninth floor it overlooked the lagoon and had a very spacious balcony. Very comfortable beds and a excellent shower. Guests were mainly families with small children,retired couples and a few bikers thankfully no party animals so it was quiet late on and we slept well. We enjoyed are holidays and would return again many thanks

“An OK holiday!”

Was recommended this hotel by friends that visit often on long stays. Sorry to say, we couldn't see what is so great about the place. Was recommended this hotel by friends that visit often on long stays. Sorry to say, we couldn't see what is so great about the place. Hotel is OK, food was OK, location OK, That sums up our holiday, just OK! We got fed up with the food after 3 days. We was quite happy to go home. There is not a lot of atmosphere in the lounge area. The lake across the road was about the only thing we enjoyed strolling around. The duo male/female "The Rest" pop group, who I've seen before in Benidorm were a welcome treat .

This hotel is in a lovely and very convenient location, hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms and bathrooms very good and cleanliness is second to none, the rooms also have a very generous size balcony. Very nice outdoor swimming pool and pool area although the pool was very chilly but as it was only April this was to be expected, the indoor pool useful on cooler days but is rather small and was very busy. A big let down for us was the dining room which l felt was rather like being in a factory canteen and the food was just about warm rather than hot and most of the meat dishes were very tough. We did have some vegetarians in our little group and it was noted that the labeling of the food was very poor and choice for vegetarians was extremely limited, this in 2026 with so many people now being vegetarian needs to be changed. Overall we would personally say that given some improvements to the dining area and meals this could be a very nice place to stay.
