we stayed here for 2 nights and really found it as described. everthing was neat and tidy. only downside was as we arrived late could not get access to property. they had sent email with instructions apparently whilst we on plane with phones off. we did not get Spanish network till two hours after arriving. so no instructions arrived. had to ring gocompare for advice. no emergency numbers available.

“Most definitely not child friendly”

These are beautiful apartments in a lovely setting. However, our holiday was spoilt first of all by a party of French adults who seemed to think it was ok to put the music on full blast in their first floor apartment and leave their doors and windows open so they could listen to the music by the pool where they smoked shishas and roamed round in the pool wine glasses in hand. Unfortunately this was a Sunday and there are no reception staff on duty to complain to. At one point I had to go in the apartment and shut the doors just to get away from the noise for a while. These apartments are advertised as "Children Welcome" I don't think so! The company has a policy of no inflatables in the pool which is understandable with an infinity pool. Another holiday maker did have an inflatable in the pool and was promptly told off by a rather aggressive male who apparently lived there. He then glared at my two grandchildren aged 5 and 9 because they were playing with small water pistols in the pool. they were not squirting them at anyone else. This guy was so obnoxious in his manner he frightened the life out of my grandson who wouldn't go back in the pool the following day. On the Monday two other children were playing with a small ball in the pool and were told that a resident had complained about them and about the noise. these were not noisy children. the noise complained of was the sound of children's laughter. On the other side of coin, there were several adults playing football by the side of the pool but no complaints were made about them at all. I did mention this and the noise from the French guests to the staff the following day but they were totally uninterested and were more interested in the cardinal sins being committed by children staying at the apartments. I would not recommend these apartment to anyone with children. The other downside is there is nowhere to go within walking distance.

We stayed here for a week in October very comfortable and spacious and lots and of crockery and well fitted out. The reception is extremely efficient and helpful and remembered us from a previous visit 2 years ago. The only disappointment for us being there for a week was no British channel on the tv and wifi was very slow and there was no maid service although the towels were changed every 2 days.
