“Great hotel in centre of stone town”
Great little Annex hotel, to the main hotel tembo house (less than 1 minute walk between the 2) We had a family room which had 3 large double beds and plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. “Tembo, Stone Town”
Clean hotel and rooms with three swimming pools and a play room for kids. Breakfast at hotel was very good with multiple choices from all around the world. Staff was friendly but expects tip everytime they speak to you or do something for you. Make sure you have cash in the pocket.

“An excellent place in Stone Town.”
Good value for money. Our rooms didn't face the sea. But we could go to the main building to have breakfast looking at the sea. Very nicel staff, always ready to help. You can also book your excursions here. A place worth a visit if you go to Zanzibar.

“Good mid range hotel”
Lovely apartment set back off the road and across the road from the main (& slightly more noisy!) hotel. It has its own pool and the rooms are more private than the main hotel. Rooms are large with aircon - simple design but beds are comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly
