“Very clean and comfortable”
Such a bargain with comfortable large beds (not too hard). Very good bathroom facilities, air con, a fridge, kettle and safe. Very close to amenities but very quiet. Friendly staff. “better than budget!”
really good for a budget hotel, didn’t feel like one - super comfy bed, complimentary water every day, quirky design, nice bathroom, super clean, great outdoor space - it is also a really central location and is close to a self service laundry!

“Exceptional”
For a budget stay this was exceptional. The bed was so comfortable and the room was so clean every day. Helpful staff at reception. Pretty close to most of the attractions in Chiang Mai and not far from a self-service laundry. Excellent stay and would highly recommend.

“Great service”
Rooms are very spacious and very good value for money. The staff were very helpful when we had to extend our stay due to the weather preventing us from travelling. Cleaners entered the room daily to make the bed, clean the bathroom and stock the fridge up with water. Overall great service.
