“Finest Thai hospitality ”
Really enjoyed my stay. Staff couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast was home made with care every morning and brought to the room at the time asked for. Pool was fantastic, I spent plenty a day in the sun in the pool with no one else around. Couldn't fault at all and sure I'll be back.

“Beautiful and quiet place to check out Chiang Mai”
This is a gorgeous, quiet and lovely place to stay that's walking distance to tons of stuff in Chiang Mai. The rooms are so spacious and the pool is a little slice of heaven. Don't think we saw a single other guest our whole time there. Just a beautiful property all around.

“Little oasis in the city center”
This is beautiful little compound in the city center. It’s quiet, just comprising of just 4 well appointed bungalows. The service is good and the pool always great for a dip. Overall highly recommended.

We consider this small but exceptionally well appointed boutique hotel a great find. It is perfectly located just off Thapae Road between Thapae Gate and Nawarat Bridge, with the 'borrowed view' of Wat Saen Fang.
