“Quirky but just fine”
I am not at all sure I am reviewing the right Big Tree! The address we stayed was 27/12-14 Arak Road in Chiangmai, but the pictures on other reviews are not the same as the place we stayed. This was a hotel we had booked in a hurry. It was ok. We have stayed in better 3 star hotels.
