Our front desk is available from 08:00 - 21:00. In case if you will arrive our hostel out of our service time, please let our front staff know in advance. Early Check-in Policy You're not allowed to check-in before the accommodation’s check-in time. Late Check-out Policy You're not allowed to check-out past the accommodation's check-out time. Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 07:00 - 10:00. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. Term and Conditions Regular Check-In time: 2:00 P.M. and Check-Out time is 12.00 noon. However if you arrive at the hostel before the above mentioned time you may leave your luggage at our front desk and use our facilities until the room becomes available. Note: Early check-in & late check-out (not later than 1PM) are subject to room available with our permission. Breakfast is included (1 person per bed for Dormitory or 2 persons per private room). Children under 10 years of age sharing parents’ room and bedding stay for free (private room only). Extra bed is chargeable (THB 300). All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card that is valid throughout the stay. We reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings if our term. Cancellation & No Show Policies: All bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations and amendments are subjected to whole period charge. Early check-out is non-refundable. NO SHOW - If you fail to show up at the hostel, NO REFUND WILL BE MADE. Cancellation & NO SHOW will be charged in full amount. Document Policy Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy. Deposit Policy Deposit THB 200.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.
