“Great hotel and even better staff”
From the moment I asked to see.rooms prior to booking and extending my stay twice everything was great. Staff were fantastic, location great, and room was fine. Book a deluxe room with balcony in the main building would be my recommendation unless your on a tighter budget.

“Fabulous”
Just had 5 nights at Cookies Hotel and it was faultless. Location was great, rooms were clean and air conditioning worked brilliantly. Staff were lovely and helpful. No complaints whatsoever - great hotel on a great beach.

“Relaxing”
Comfortable beds, cleaning is not very good but the staff, the pool, the beach and the breakfast very nice! Easy and affordable to book a tour, motorbikes. Almost everybody speaks very good English. The Songkran was cool and fun. Nice clothes to buy and ok prices.

Had booked 4 nights ended up staying extra night koh Chang is beautiful. We stayed beach side which I would recommend. Rooms are dated but spotless location is fabulous right on the beach. “Excellent location-Pool chemicals need revision (acid)”
Location: Just Excellent with clean beach in front (was mostly wavy during 8 nights but maybe we are unlucky). Too many options for bars restaurants etc around.
