“Centra Centara well done”
Modern room with all needs met and plush pools. Staff are pleasant & knowledgeable and chefs have top tastes talent. 1 lift was ooo but I managed anyway bcoz not full hotel in June. location is perfect ie can walk to all parts of Pattaya bcoz it's central and I want to go there again

When originally booked the Hotel was named "Centra Life", when I arrived in Pattaya it had changed its name to "Shilat Avenue Hotel" Pattaya. Very confusing for the Taxi driver. “Good location for Nightlife”
Had issues being locked out of room multiple times due to a faulty Card and this was very frustrating… being locked out 5 times was unacceptable and it appears it was all due to a faulty Door Card .. this should have been replaced after the 2nd time if not the 1st .
