This hotel reflects some kind of standard i been seeing across properties in Pattaya. 200 metres walking distance from the beach front, the hotel allow you to relax in the room & pool far from the buzz of pattaya nightlife still reachable by foot or local transportation however there is a venue that shouts loud music from 11pm till 3am & the windows cannot shield the sound so not the best for a good night sleep. Rooftop swimming pool & gym with a bar that was closed. No chance to get a drink in the pool something they used to do perhaps before covid, something they should reinstate Breakfast choice runs dry after few hours, so better go at early hours.. Overall good hotel but needs improvements

“An average stay not worth the money!”

I arrived at 1 p.m. and although my assigned room was ready, the front desk manager would not check me in till 2 p.m. A very unpleasant start! The room was spacious but always dark with no sun light. I was told that the rooms on the other side were the same which inherently was a lie. Also, there was a lot of noise from the homeless and pan handlers camping out day and night on Soi 5. Breakfast was humble with cold eggs and poor quality daily dish. The location however, was very conveniently close to the beach. All in all, an average stay but not worth the money!

“Nightclub nightmare”

The hotel itself deserves more stars than 3 as the rooms are a good size, clean and modern although the tv volume is so low you cannot hear it with the air con on. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue is the new nightclub on second rd right behind the hotel. The noise is horrend… more

The hotel itself deserves more stars than 3 as the rooms are a good size, clean and modern although the tv volume is so low you cannot hear it with the air con on. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue is the new nightclub on second rd right behind the hotel. The noise is horrendous and went on until 5.30 one morning even tbough entertainment is meant to stop at 2am. I had to change rooms twice to try and get away from the noise which is impossible to do but the rooms facing soi 5 and the beach are better. While i was there, every person who was put in a room facing second rd changed rooms. I hope the owner of the hotel and the pattaya hoteliers association can get this nightclub closed as it seems the police are ignoring the flagrant rulebreaking going on. How this club was allowed where it is and without soundproofing is beyond me. Would i come back to this hotel?, yes if the nightclub has gone, no if it is still going.

8 floor boutique hotel set in a quiet street easy walk to the beach. Check in you have to leave 1,000 THB deposit and the woman does not smile and seems to have an attitude. This is not the first time I have experienced this as when a friend stayed in this hotel a while back she was exactly the same. The rest of the staff were helpful and polite. Rooms are big but TV is small and the bed is hard by western standards. Had the same shower problem as others, the water goes around the outside of the tub and then onto the floor so it becomes slippery. It could be so good with a little thought. With all the choices in Pattaya we were surprised to arrive to a non smiling reception just going through the motions. Will not stay here again !
