I got this property for almost free due to my RCI membership. I read a lot of negative reviews on trip advisor, but since it was next to free I stayed there anyways. Firstly dont go by tripadvisors negative reviews as this hotel is really nice and warm if you are going with your family. It is away from the hustle bustle (5 km from pattaya). The rooms are nice clean and spacious (being a older hotel) the facilities are decent. It has some negative points related to a old hotel but it didnt cause us any discomfort. The room service is very cheap and there is a 24x7 supermarket next door (if you want stuff cheaper). The hotel has a huge fridge stocked with beer and a whole variety of drinks which you can purchase from the reception at the same price as the supermarket. The staff are nice but cant really speak in english, but most of the people outside bangkok cant speak English at all . As was travelling with my inquisitive 11 year old daughter I was quite happy that we stayed a bit far from the naughty places yet they were accessible (if we wanted). There are hopon tuktuks (rather mini trucks with seats) every 5 min from infront of the hotel which will take to anywhere pattaya for 50-100 baht. So you dont need to hire a car or bike. There are a lot of water sports 100 meters from the hotel. The beach is just across the road (less than 20 meters from the hotel). The swimming pool is clean but not the cleanest you will find. Overall if you get this hotel cheap or through RCI its worth staying although there are a lot many other options. Please remember that google maps shows 2 Sigma resorts but there is only one. We got stuck as google map guided us to the non-existent one first then we fed the other one and reached (the taxi guy did not know english so that made it difficult). however the non existant one is just a couple of km on the same main beach side road as the real one.

Property was very good . Rooms were quiet big and sea facing. Only thing missing in the room was Kettle and Microwave. Property was very good . Rooms were quiet big and sea facing. Only thing missing in the room was Kettle and Microwave. This property is great with all the facilities lke swimming pool, sauna, gym , restaurant. One thing that i liked most about the resort is that it was right on the Jomtien Beach with a sea facing restaurant. One of the major problem with this resort is that the staff here does not understand or speaks english except one or two persons. The worse problem is that there restaurant does not serve veg food. Being a vegetarian that was the biggest problem that we faced and there is no indian restaurant nearby so you have to take a TUK TUK all the way to walking street .WIFI is not available in the room. Being a RCI member i was satisfied.

“Fair ”

Quite dated building, clean but with wearout visible nearly everywhere. Breakfast is not recommended, there are places around that have much better stuff for same money. If you are keen on Pattaya Central, this is quite far away.
