“Great Pool that has a toddler area”
This hotel is on the North Road of Pattaya so is a good walk to Central Pattaya. It is off the road so it was quiet. The pool is long and has spa nooks along it. Lovely resort, very clean, staff very welcoming and helpful. Staff helped with suitcases into rooms, rooms very tidy and clean and also very big. “Nice resort Sun bed hogging an issue .”
Overall a pleasant stay BUT Sun bed policy needs resolving . It hasnt changed in three years . Hotel says it's looking into it . But no real improvement . People were clearly upset when they came to the pool only to find dozens of beds with towels on and no people at 8.30am . The worst offen… more

“Good staff”
Most of this hotel was great.The staff were friendly. BUT the beds are terrible and as old as the hotel had a topper added but still very average.Complained and hopefully they listened and having them replaced
