We have been to many Holiday Village resorts for years but first time in Turkey Charlie from entertainment made our holiday this year. He was very engaging from start to finish and always made sure to say hello to us.

We’re just wrapping up our trip back from Holiday Village Turkey and had another fantastic stay. This was actually our second visit – our first was an unexpected one during the CrowdStrike disruption in 2024 – and after also staying at Holiday Village Majorca last year, we were really keen to come back here. It didn’t disappoint. The food is excellent. There’s a huge variety, everything feels fresh, and there are lots of great regional dishes alongside more familiar options. Plenty is cooked fresh in front of you and there’s always more than enough available – easily one of the best all-inclusive food experiences we’ve had. The staff are outstanding – friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. A special mention to Kemal, who was fantastic when we had an issue with noisy neighbours. He showed real empathy and helped relocate us to a much quieter room quickly and without any hassle – brilliant service. The resort itself is spotless and spacious, so it never feels overcrowded. There’s access to a quieter beach with parasols and loungers, which is perfect for relaxing. The chill out bar, is also a great spot to come away from the hustle and bustle by the main pools. It's worth mentioning that the transfer from airport to hotel is approx. 30 mins, and you'll be the only stop; no sitting on a crowded bus making multiple stops and taking over an hour to arrive at your hotel (!) Facilities are great too, including a decent gym and spa (with sauna), and good drinks options throughout. The local spirits aren’t amazing, but that’s fairly standard for an all-inclusive at this price point and didn’t impact our stay. The entertainment and kids’ clubs are fantastic – the kids club staff were brilliant at making my daughters feel included and really encouraging them to have a great time. They came away as big fans of Jordan in particular! It made a huge difference to our overall experience as a family. A few small areas for improvement/ refinement: •A breakfast/lunch box option for early departures would be really helpful •Full kids’ club availability on HV team days would be a nice addition, and potentially offering more spots, in particular for the morning sessions as they were always very busy •The gym opening a bit earlier (6–7am) would be great for early risers, plus more fitness activities for parents •TV reception in the room could be improved – it may have just been bad luck, but in room 4023 the signal was quite poor and frequently interrupted. A shame, as the channel selection (especially for sport) was actually very good Overall, this is an amazing resort with fantastic staff and great value for money. We enjoyed it so much we’ve already booked to come back next year!

“Great week (apart from the sun-bed situation)”

We have done several holiday villages over the years but this was our first time in Turkey. Myself, my husband and our 11 year old daughter all had a great time. There was so much for our daughter to do in the day although she never got to do the high ropes as it was constantly booked out all week. Couldn’t fault the food but the drinks really let it down for us. Beer was flat and no Prosecco which was a let down. We did the two hour boat trip as we didn’t want to do a full day one. It’s bookable at the side of the main pool and you get picked up from the water sports centre on the beach. It was fantastic and zip lining across a secluded beach was a highlight. Make sure you haggle though. We paid €70 for three of us but others onboard paid less. If you have the budget I would highly recommend upgrading to a suite. Although they are a little dark inside the are in a lovely quiet area and not having to get up from 4am to reserve a sun bed and having our own small pool (shared) was a godsend. The night time entertainment is great for all ages but the highlight for us was the DJ that came on at midnight until 2am every night in the chill out bar. it was always dead though, maybe because people were up so early reserving beds! The beach was ok to stroll to but not worth spending the day there and not a sandy beach. Sarigerme is easily walkable at 1.25 miles (thank Strava) but isn’t a particularly nice walk, It’s one smallish high street with the usual shops you’d expect selling in my opinion awful knock off brands. Can’t see what all the fuss is about myself although the jewellers seemed to be of good value and we enjoyed a lovely meal at Jokers. Would we go again? No. Maybe we’ve outgrown the holiday Village holidays and the sun bed situation here was ridiculous but, if the price is right and you just want your kids to be entertained for the week, this is the place.
