Staying at Highclere hotel and spa is a truly rejuvenating experience. This wellness and spa hotel is a hidden gem, it has a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. From the moment I arrived, the peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking mountain views set the stage for relaxation. The spa treatments were exceptional, The skilled therapists and calming ambiance made the experience truly special. The accommodations were equally impressive. Big spacious room featuring a private balcony with stunning sunset views. The service was outstanding! All the staff were friendly and warm, attentive, and personalized. The staff made sure every aspect of my stay was perfect and comfortable. A heartfelt thank you to the four key staff members who made this visit exceptional. Zeynel (our M.G.Z family) for crafting the most refreshing rainbow mocktails, and Erdem for ensuring our utmost comfort at all times, always checking in on us as we soaked up the sun. A special thanks to our lovely receptionists, Bilge and can, for being incredibly helpful and courteous, continously bringing smiles to our faces throughout our entire visit and all remaining the highest level of professionalism. Their friendly banter added a fun and personal touch to our stay, making us feel truly at home. I can’t wait to return to this extraordinary mountain retreat.

“Perfect place to relax”

The hotel is beautiful and the views of breathtaking. Lovely food, drinks and atmosphere. “Highly Recommend Highclere Hotel”

This was our 2nd visit to Highclere Hotel & we were not disappointed. Arrived around 11pm, shown to our room by the lovely Jemal &, as we started unpacking, we got a phone call asking if we would like a meal either in our room, or by the pool. We chose to be by the pool & went down to a lovely table with wine & food. The rest of the week was truly fabulous. Amazing food (compliments to the chefs). Drinks are a little pricey but to be expected in a luxury boutique hotel, cleanliness is second to none, all the staff are superb 🌟 Serhat, Kadir, Gul, Ece, the cleaners, the maintenance/gardener (Serhat's dad) &, of course, the big boss, Çetin, we love you all, even though you are all 'Delli Delli' 😂🤣 See you next year 🇹🇷🧿💃🕺

I stayed at the Highclere at the start of October for four nights as a solo traveller looking for some R and R and Winter sun. Be wary it is an 1hr 30 mins drive from Dalaman airport. Pros: The hotel and grounds are stunning, worthy of being a 5 star hotel. This hotel should be a very popular boutique 5* that could charge a lot more than it does. Even though it was off season it should be packed. There are four pools, including a rooftop infinity pool and incredible views over the village and pine covered mountains of Feralya to the sea. Each room has a sea and sunset view. It is an imstagrammers paradise and I was expecting it to be filled with people looking for the perfect photos but it was deserted. The weather was approx 30 degrees every day. Due to its location it is very peaceful and all you hear is the buzzing of dragon flies and butterflies on the bright pink bougainvillea's. You could not ask for better for a chilled out, peaceful stay in a stunning location. The room was spacious, with complimentary tea/coffee sachets/water with a balcony. There were complimentary dressing gowns and slippers. The pool towels were also laid out on the sun loungers every morning and the grounds were kept immaculate. The food was cooked fresh and was fine if not spectacular. Cons: Although the room was big it was clinical and stark like a hospital waiting room. Everything in it was white and the main light was blue led's around the ceiling which was a bit weird. The sofa was also stained. Service was atrocious. My room was not cleaned for my entire stay and I ended up emptying the overflowing bins myself. The complimentary coffee and water was not replaced and when I asked was told they didn't have any coffee. There was no tea spoon despite me asking and I ended up using my toothbrush handle to stir my coffee....The used coffee cups were also not replaced/cleaned and again I had to do it myself in the bathroom sink. It seemed that because it was off season they didn't have any staff ( one waiter for breakfast and dinner, receptionist working as lunch waiter and one cleaner who only cleaned rooms for new guest arrivals) and didn't have any stock. No coffee sachets, no soft drinks but coke zero or fanta and only Tuborg beer as unbelievably they ran out of Efes....in Turkey. The running of the hotel seemed really amateurish and I often spent loads of time trying to find a waiter at lunch or a receptionist and only saw a cleaner once. I went to check out at 0700 and pay my final bill as I was going to pressed for time for my 0815 transfer but no one turned up on reception til 0800. I had even been asked the night before what time my transfer was booked for!! This meant I had to rush and only had time for a few mouthfuls of breakfast. As my taxi was leaving the waiter ran out and stopped us as he had apparently "forgotten" to include a meal on the final bill. I wouldn't have minded had I not just tipped that waiter all of my remaining Lira which would have covered that "outstanding" amount and was forced to put it on my credit card which I hadn't wanted to use as I had deliberately budgeted the amount of cash I would need. Although it was off season I still was paying nearly £100 a night and you do expect more than just the absolute bare basics of service from the hotel for that money.
