Really enjoyed our stay. Amazing food and I feel the pictures don't do justice to the facilities available and is very good value for what we paid! Our favourite spot was the cafe which is open until midnight and serves barista style coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and pastries, iced coffee and milkshake for the kids. Our daughter really enjoyed the playground with the swings, slides and trampoline. The best bit - the playground is shaded and situated right next to the lake which ensures the kids don't get very hot. This is open till 5:30pm every day. They have kids club activities which vary everyday as well as a soft play area with a nice shallow pool with a slide for the kids to enjoy. There is also a lifeguard present. Later on in the evening there is an adjacent "fairground" that opens up but this is paid to access if you so wish - candy floss, popcorn, kids rides. The rooms are nice and clean. We opted for the bigger room as we enjoy the space, the queen size bed was more than enough (even when our toddler decided to hop in midway through the night). She slept on the sofa bed and this was also a good size. The main bed and sofa bed area had a tiny interconnecting partition that allowed a nice split between our side of the room and her's so we each had a bit of privacy! No issues with noise levels and the vibe was a nice family feel. Cannot comment on the entertainment offered as this is not our thing and we generally do not attend. The food was really really good with good variety offered everyday (an a la carte is offered in the Turkish restaurant free of charge with every stay with the other options being paid), even the pool side snack restaurant had a varied menu everyday! The highlight was the late breakfast till 10:30am and on the first day we arrived really late at night so had the chance to eat late "dinner" - offered from 11pm to 1am. The pool side snack restaurant also offers slushies as part of the all inclusive package whilst the kids club had fresh fruit, ice cream, bottled water, food all included. There are on site shops that are completely optional to access. Good for essentials forgotten (we forgot our EU adapter). Hassan has a good choice of clothes with competitive pricing and does not over-sell unlike other places in Turkey. Nadeem and his team of photographers are very good but be aware as you will need to negotiate the prices if opting to buy an album etc or just 5 or 6 pictures. They generally start with the most expensive package but just be aware of what you want and stick with it as he is very charming! There is a spa on site which my wife really enjoyed - Ani from Bali was lovely. Special mention to Stefne on guest relations as well as the easyJet holiday rep Sabahettin Ali who spoke amazing English and gave us really good recommendations for activities along with advice on what to do with our toddler and did not try to sell us an excursion for the sake of it. For me, and this is a personal opinion, that takes away from the experience, was that their resort beach is a 10 minute walk away. We have previously opted for resort with direct beach access. We knew this before we booked so it wasn't a surprise. The hotel does operate a free shuttle to and from the beach! The sea also is very deep as soon as you step in so we had to take a special trip with our toddler to Kumkoy beach (2 bus rides and a short walk) so she had some time to play with the sand and waddle in the shallower waters there. All in all, we really enjoyed our time here and I believe they offer you VIP access if you return.
