Baggage allowance
Baggage allowance of 23 kg per passenger (checked in baggage) in flights of short and medium distance
Hand luggage may have a maximum weight of 8 kg (with laptop 10 kg) and measures may not exceed 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm.
Services on board
We will offer youon board , free of charge, coffee, tea, soft drinks and fruit juices. In addition, we offer a selection of alcoholic beverages.

In our short and medium-haul flights with duration of up to 1 hour and 30 minutes we will offer free refreshments and salted crackers, up to 4 hours we will offer you free of charge a snack and a sandwich, and more than 4 hours we will offer various types of bagels and baguettes, savoury biscuits and chocolate bars.

The flight left on time.
Very, very poor service. It was quite evident what the reason was but I chose not to focus on that. As far as I was concerned as a paying customer I ought to have been treated just the same as everyone else and should not experience ignorance based off of my skin tone or background. On more than one occasion during the flight I was blatantly ignored and even refused service. Then my food order was ''''''''mysteriously'''''''' missed and I was unable to eat. This experience brought me to tears at one point - tears of frustration and anger. It''''''''s so sad to be treated the way I was for no apparent reason or explanation. There wasn''''''''t even a genuine apology for the ''''''''supposed'''''''' mix up with my food order which I would have had to be paying extra for. Very, very, very poor. <br/>I would like for my friends and I to travel with this particular airline just so maybe they can get accustomed to people like me and learn that we are all the same and can and should be treated the same
