Logitravel's Web Accessibility Statement in Spain

Travelconcept, S.L. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility on its websitewww.logitravel.comfor everyone, including people with disabilities.

We strive to improve the experience for all users, applying all relevant accessibility standards pursuant to Law 11/2023 of 8 May 2023, transposing European Union Directives on the accessibility of certain products and services (hereinafter “Law 11/2023”) and Royal Decree 193/2023 of 21 March 2023.

Compliance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) set out the requirements for designers and developers, with a view to making digital content more accessible and improving the experience for people with disabilities. These guidelines establish three levels of compliance: Level A, Level AA and Level AAA.

According to the technical audits carried out by the IT consultancy ILUNION Accesibilidad, this website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 / WCAG 2.2 – Level AA, as inaccessible content has been identified.

Inaccessible Content

Some site content fails to fully comply with the EU Regulation on the accessibility of public sector websites and mobile applications, as transposed into national law.

Among the main barriers identified on some sites, we have highlighted the following:

  • Elements that disappear from view when the page background is changed
  • Elements disappear in portrait orientation
  • Text with insufficient contrast
  • Content overlap when the text is enlarged to 200%
  • Content overlap when zooming in to 400%
  • UI elements with insufficient contrast
  • Interactive elements that cannot be accessed using a keyboard
  • Buttons that are not visible but can be accessed using the keyboard
  • No link to skip to content
  • Interactive elements without a visible focus
  • Visual tag does not match the semantic tag
  • Lack of instructions on how to successfully complete the purchasing process
  • Lack of mechanisms to correct errors
  • Sub menus with a link function
  • Absence of status messages

As an exception, the following content/access points are now available, as the action plan for the necessary corrections has been implemented:

  • The booking completion and checkout process at hotels.
