The Airbus A380 is a lovely plane and Emirates clearly look after their fleet. The Boing 777 is now rather dated (norrower isles and seating a bit more cramped). Food offering was fairly good for the various flights, and the on-board entertainment was good too.
Way too strict on the luggage weight restrictions, with expensive penalties for failures. Problems setting up Skywards (their reward and benefits system) as a new customer meaning I missed out on WiFi onboard and other benefits as a result. The Emirates online support tool and complaints system is by far the worst I''ve ever come across, don''t expect to speak to anyone as that service doesn''t exist and submitting an online complaint form is one of the most difficult tasks on the planet!
