With a fleet of more than 200 aircraft, the company is made up of various airlines that operate all (or part) of the flights under the common name of Eurowings. These airlines are currently Eurowings, Eurowings Europe, Germanwings and SunExpress Deutschland.

Luggage Policy

Hand luggage: All Eurowings passengers may carry on board one piece of hand luggage with a maximum weight of 8 kilos and dimensions of up to 55 x 40 x 23 cm. This excludes folding garment bags up to a size of 57 x 54 x 15 cm. BIZclass passengers may take two pieces of hand luggage into the cabin. What's more, each passenger may carry on another small piece of hand luggage with a maximum dimensions of 40 x 30 x 10 cm (e.g. laptop bag, handbag, briefcase, messenger bag).

Checked luggage: The number of bags that can be placed in the hold for free depends on the cabin class and the fare. For Smart and Best fares, a 23-kilo piece is included, BIZClass fares allow a 32-kilo bag. Extra bags can be checked via the Logitravel website or upon arrival at the airport.
