Checking in was fast and staff very helpful
We was delayed on runway for nearly 3hrs with no drinks n while staff on plane stud at front of plane laughing with each other information was shabby when we took off an 1 or so in to flight the lady behind me asked for small bottle of wine the staff member said could she wait 10 mins as he was having his lunch not very good customer service.
