“It´s the right place to rest”

It´s an Old building far from the center of the city, with big rooms, great garden, restaurant, good breakfast and two swiming pool. It´s a quiet place. You can have a great tea in the coffe store. Althought the best way to reach the place is by car it´s has a car parking place.

The hotel is an old but well maintained building with beautiful spanish colonial architecture. The rooms are quite big, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is an old but well maintained building with beautiful spanish colonial architecture. The rooms are quite big, comfortable and well equipped. The staff is nice enough and acts in a professional and cordial way but it feels like they don't go the extra mile to make the guest feel at home. The breakfast service is good but nothing that will knock your socks off. The hotel includes tons of very nice amenities, like a spa, tennis courts, a beautiful garden and a gym. Overall, a gorgeous place to spend a relaxing weekend!

Si bien antes de reservar consultamos si había opciones, una vez allí el desayuno fue mas bien un chiste. Contratamos la opción de fin de semana con cena incluida. Recomiendo que contraten esta opción si hacen día de relax. La cena estuvo muy rica. En general fue una buena estadía. The hotel has a beautiful park, outdoor heated swimming pool and spa. Rooms are spacious and comfy. I couldn’t enjoy my breakfast due to a lack of gluten free options. Even though we asked for options before booking, once there breakfast was awful. We booked a dinner included stay. I recommend this option specially if you go for a relaxing weekend. Dinner was good. Hope this helps!!

We picked this hotel for its amenities including the spa but especially for the pool, tennis court, footbal pitch and table tennis to entertain our 10 year old boy. We travelled in May to take a well needed break from the hustle and bustle of life in Buenos Aires. However, rather than being welcomed with a smile after a fairly long and tiring journey, we were curtly told that check-in was at 3pm. Not a good start. However, to be fair, we were given our room without further ado and had a more than acceptable lunch in the dining room. Our room was perfectly adequate. The double bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was both large clean. The breakfast was above average and we especially enjoyed the fresh fruit salad and scrambled eggs. The restaurant staff were much more welcoming! Disappointingly, the hotel didn't have tennis racquets for the tennis court. However, we could play table tennis in the gym situated in the basement. Not well lit or maintained. Jose Luis is a great massage therapist and ultra professional. I opted for the hydromassage which was a great experience! So, watch out kids, your options are limited if you go in winter and btw, the small outdoor heated pool is only fit for the brave of heart! The city centre is much further away than we'd expected, so the taxi fares quickly mounted up. We were only told about a fabulous walk just a stone's throw from the the hotel (Costanera Sur) and a great restaurant, La Chacra, from a local taxi driver. So, if the hotel reception staff had been a little more open and more tourist orientated, we would most probably have given the hotel a 4 star rating despite its shortcomings.
