I liked this hotel because the room was big and the place is beautiful in the middle of a wineyard, in the front of the mountains. The breakfast was not that good but the landscape in the morning make you forget about it. I was a bit surprised because in the bathroom, it was smelling cigarette when the ventilation was turned on.

“A lot of potential”

I've been there for an academic activity last spring. Facilities were ok. Not luxury, not fancy, but clean and in good working conditions. Breakfast should be expanded, it's kind of limited taking specially into account that there nothing around...The same about kitchen. Great views to the vineyard… more

I've been there for an academic activity last spring. Facilities were ok. Not luxury, not fancy, but clean and in good working conditions. Breakfast should be expanded, it's kind of limited taking specially into account that there nothing around...The same about kitchen. Great views to the vineyards, and the posibility to stroll around... not the same of the front view (parking, but with the Andes on the back). Nice outside pool and pool area. Need to improve personnel.

This place is promising with a perfect location close to the vineyards in a beautiful valley. It is geared toward the family demographic. The swimming pool was overloaded with kids and needed more chlorine - it was a cloudy, dirty unappealing place to take a dip. We had a tired room with a beautiful outdoor patio, but, strangely no chairs or table to sit on. The room itself was just ok, but, as others have commented, short of plugs. Breakfast was better than average - liked the espresso machines. WARNING - be careful when booking online. We booked using an online site called Cancelon. Avoid if at all possible. Our room was $71 (last minute deal) - and Cancelon tacked on $21 in Taxes and Fees. And no, this was not the 21% VAT which you are exempt from if paying by credit card. We thought this was excessive, but in hindsight, thought, incorrectly, that the $21 was VAT and would be excluded when we paid. NO. This place is OK for families and a one night stay. Just be careful and do not book using Cancelon. Big ripoff.

“Just ok”

Stayed here last minute. The grounds are beautiful and nice view of mountains. Staff was very friendly And helpful with dinner reservations. You can walk in 5 minutes to the pergolas of vista flores (giant wine bottles with little restaurants) which are cute and have nice little wine and beer bars.… more

Stayed here last minute. The grounds are beautiful and nice view of mountains. Staff was very friendly And helpful with dinner reservations. You can walk in 5 minutes to the pergolas of vista flores (giant wine bottles with little restaurants) which are cute and have nice little wine and beer bars. The pools really need a cleaning- like a lot. The room very reminiscent of bad old Atlantic City casino room. There were other great small places to stay and same or less price but I dragged my feet on reserving so we just went with this. Probably not a bad place if you need some room for kids to run around because here's lots of lawn. Not a disaster but I would try to stay elsewhere unless you really want to gamble

I have been to this hotel since its opening back, I believe, in 2013. It is a Hotel/Cassino and (quite humble) Spa. Since its opening, it has changed management a couple of times. But - and I must stress that I love the place -, not with much sucess. I usually go on business trips. I would need a good wireless service, a well-lit room and a place to plug my computer. None of these exist to content. Rooms are dark, needy of power sockets and the wireless connection is so bad one can hardly make a bank transfer (should you be able to find somewhere to seat in the room). Notheless, the restaurant is good (wine selection poor given that the hotel stands in one of the best wine regions of the world). Breakfast a little poor also. The prices have also gone up, lately. Besides from these comments - and much because of the staff -, I must confess that I love this hotel!
