“Mediocre hotel with surprisingly decent restaurant.”
The hotel itself does not deserve a mark of three. Rooms are super basic ie there is nothing (except the overpowering smell of an industrial cleaner that would probably be illegal in the state of California). No coffee, no water, no phone.
