“Everything You’re expecting”
We booked here last minute passing through while the popular Ute muster was on. We figured we’d end up in the dingiest place in town. No way , clean, tidy , neat …… friendly staff , well placed , walk to a good selection of food outlets ….. would stay here first when we next visit

“The Best in Deni”
Rooms are excellent, very clean and well maintained. The grounds and gardens are well looked after also. I have stayed here several times. Very central to the main town, shops and a few of the restaurants. Great and caring hosts and reasonably priced.

“Good centrally located motel”
Good motel located near the town centre. Reasonably quiet despite being beside the Cobb Highway (but beware of travelling tradies who like to idle their engines for nearly 20 minutes at 6am, and greet each other LOUDLY). Fairly small room, but quite well set out. Clean bathroom. No criticisms… more

“Excellent staff, Great Location, Highly Recommended”
Excellent location, staff were fantastic in allowing a late check in, beds comfortable and all facilities good with safe car parking. Highly recommended Close to Main Street and pubs and restaurants and walking distance to the river. Would definitely stay again
