“Beautiful Place to stay”
We loved staying here. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The place is set on beautiful manicured gardens. Our room was quite large, very comfortable and had a lovely view to the lake and fountain. Breakfast was amazing and very good value for money. We would definitely like to go back… more

“Beware of weekend surcharge”
We had a shared birthday dinner celebration here last night. Foods, drinks and service couldn't be faulted. Food was delicious and huge serves, they cater for non drinkers and Coeliacs. Felt ripped off paying at bar and bistro, copped a weekend surcharge at both. WTAF.

“Serenity plus!!”
Wonderful setting in beautiful grounds! Staff very obliging. Room lovely with very comfortable beds. pillows etc. The welcoming gift and box of chocolates was much appreciated. Breakfast in the conservatory was beautiful. I highly recommend Briars. We will be back!

“Family night away in Bowral”
Excellent location and great for families and couples. The rooms were very comfortable and the mini bar/fridge was very well stocked. We were very much in touch with nature and had a lovely view of the lake. The Inn next door was a real bonus and the food was very good. Would definitely book again
