“One word. Perfect.”
The room was perfect. The staff were friendly. And I mean ALL staff. From housekeeping, kitchen, bar staff and booking in. Everyone was an absolute delight and so very friendly. I have absolutely no complaints.

“Great stay in local pub ”
Great staff very welcoming at check in, room was fantastic, great vibe in the hotel. Locals friendly and happy to chat to a solo traveller. Very clean. Reasonable prices for food. Bar prices around standard in most pubs.

“Good Pub Food”
We had dinner at this hotel, right on the main street in the middle of town. The food was good pub food, but the room exceptionally noisy. The menu was comprehensive. I had tempura coated coral trout from the specials board, which was OK, if a bit too greasy for my liking

“Beautiful old pub with friendly staff”
This beautiful old pub has been well preserved since its founding in 1888. The staff were friendly and ensured we had a relaxing drink in the old public bar. Even the old light fittings were still visible. The selection of beers on tap was also very good

“Nice if off duty were not yelling”
The staff off duty were so loud we left the hotel this 1 girl was yelling thinking she was funny ,swearing and just unpleasant . The meals were delicious then we went into the bar area and then the noise was awlful. All the other staff were a delightful and friendly
